Not a move I agree with but knew this would happen after he had a good game against Jets. Did the same ish his rookie year, shines in preseason against scrubs but doesn’t have nfl speed when it comes to real games to do anything. August 31, 20214 yr It's strange that we went with only 3 HBs, 5 WRs, and kept 4 TEs (Releasing Rodgers and keeping Stoll. ) I fully expect us to put T Jackson on IR and bring someone back. Hopefully Rodgers since he can't be "claimed." I'll be surprised if Hightower and Fulgham go unclaimed.

In an ideal world the Eagles would have at least two more better receivers, which wouldn’t be saying much. The facts are, though, that both Hightower and Fulgham had a chance to push him out and BOTH came up incredibly small throughout camp and preseason. Neither did even as much as JJAW, which is pretty sad.

JJAW didn’t keep Fulgham off the roster - Fulgham did. They could have easily kept 6. In all probability Fulgham is a bust, but Agholor was poor until his 3rd year. Let’s hope the new coaches get something out of him. I have no issue with keeping him on the 53 for another year if Siriani etc want to see what he has.

The time to be distressed about JJAW was when they thought he was worth a 2nd round pick...when they thought a 2 TE offense should also have a slow possession WR...when they had him on the field all game long just blocking. Now, they know what they have in him (more accurately, what they don't have). He's just a back of the roster WR who will not see the field on offense and will try hard on ST. He's actually fine for that. I trust that he's better for that job than Hightower and Fulgham.
