Good example of blaming everyone else for everything. 👌

"During the early 2026 NFL season, the Philadelphia Eagles' second-half offense under Jalen Hurts experienced a historic decline, with some statistical models ranking their second-half success rate as the worst in 26 years (dating back to at least 2000, tracking worse than the 2-14 2010 Carolina Panthers). [1]"

Replacing the worst second half QB in the league in 26 years. Literally. Anybody.

Once again ignoring reality because you want to hate on Hurts. Running backs got 13 yards and 7 yards in two halves a few weeks ago. Tell me that's not the dog crap offense and scheme. You are literally a spoiled fan. No QB in the league would do well with that line, no run game, and horrible coaching. McKee had some good throws the same as Hurts, but the offense didn't look any better for a reason even with Smith back.

Get ready to see McKee look even better this week.

I swear it's like the cult of Hurts lol

People like you just want to hate on Hurts without any better options, ignoring how bad the OL is, ignoring no run game unless you think 7 yards in a half counts, and coaches who suck. I'm good replacing him but find me a better option. There aren't any.

I hope he goes for 500 yards and 6 TDs. Hopefully the OL gets on the same page and decides to block and the 4th string RB isn't carrying the ball and Nick gets locked in the basement.

There are definitely better options. But you wont accept names, youll want to see if proven, which is impossible because those players dont play for the eagles.

That's what they said about the other cult. 🤣 Alot of butthurt peeps who are coping the best they can. It's all gonna be good. It's okay.

Give me the names. Yeah, I want to see someone proven. Dak had great teams and never won crap. Houston had a great team last year. Flop. Cousins has good regular season games and never wins in the playoffs even with good teams. I've spoken about Burrow and Herbert over and over. You have no names. Like I just said even Andy and Mahomes can't win with flawed teams. For the next or two he's the best option. But people here are just spoiled and being typical Philly fans thinking the grass is always greener.

I am the doctor now. Currently taking prescriptions.

I'd hope so. He is playing one of the absolute worst defenses in the league.

I'm not ignoring the injured Oline. I'm remembering his play from previous years with a healthy Oline

Here's the video, starts at 2:24. It was weird, but here's what he actually said:

"You know again, I'm not gonna put any of that business out there. As I've told you guys, I miss Jalen, I miss being around him on a daily basis, and everyone goes through the timetable in a certain moment-er, certain time."

So he started by basically saying he won't get into it, but Mannion has already said he's been around. So why would Nick say he misses Jalen if he's actually been in the building? Nick has never been good in press conferences. I think he tries to not say anything to get things wrong but then sometimes he makes it worse by not admitting something everyone knows, or just say something simple and leave it at that. It's like he chooses these strange things to be secretive about like which backup O linemen is starting.

A lot of those guys have never had a situation like the one in Philly. Not just the talent level, but the extent to which the coaches have coddled and protected Hurts. There is no question a bunch of them would win multiple super bowls here.

I dont even need a list of elite names. Ill take a bunch of mediocre ones to do the game manager role we have had to reduce Hurts to.

And the next time we pick one in the draft, thats all Im looking for. I want nothing more. I want most of those other picks saved for adding more talent to the roster.

I just want the team focused on finding a Purdy type. Not the next Manning/Luck/Elway type.

Timely considering you guys just brought up Herbert a bunch of times again.

The guy has flaws. He sucks at times. He needs a good team around him like most QBs including Mahomes with Andy. Again, we are spoiled. Dak had ultra talented teams and never won crap. They could do a lot worse and he'll be gone in a year or two. I don't care if they move on from him I'm just realistic in knowing there aren't better options for those next two years. Any other option is still also going to need a better coach, better scheme, better OL, better run game.

I figure there are ways Hurts can help without being in person. He can potentially be in QB and offensive meetings via facetime, teams, etc.

He can probably be calling McKee personally and going over things...

Yeah they have. Dak has. Houston did last year. Wishing for and envying other team's QBs who weren't options for them to get and still aren't options for them to have on the team is like a kid crying in an ice cream store because they want a flavor not on the board. We've had lots of mediocre QBs and some slightly better than average QBs who never won crap. Purdy does well in the system with the right coach. Any "JAG" you get this year or next still won't do anything with the dog crap system and OL they have now.

In order to sound like you have a point, you continuously conflate the arguments needing a great team to play well, and, needing a great team to win a super bowl.

Hurts can not play well without a great team. All of those other guys have. And have elevated the level of their team with their own talent.

Of course, only elite teams win the super bowl, so they all need an elite team around them to win.

Out of all of those guys though, Hurts consistently does less with more. Stop conflating and start being honest again.

Hurts didnt need you to inexplicably become his white knight this year.

No I put out facts and people who are spoiled and just want to hate on Hurts never come up with any better option outside of living in a dream world. There are no better options right now. He is a SB MVP. In a year or two he will be gone and we'll realize what we had. A mid-level QB who could elevate and win when it mattered. Outside of elite that's more than most teams have.

You would have loved Joe Kapp & Fran Tarkenton then. They played in 4 super bowls. Point being getting to and playing in the Super Bowl involves a whole lot more than the Quarter back.

That's his point.

Not many teams had the talent on Oline that Eagles did during the 2 SBs

Remember the SB when the Chiefs had no tackles and Mahomes was running for his life and still threw this insane throw that should have been caught?

So QBs need a good OL to win. You just proved my point. Thank you.

And not many teams had the offensive talent Dallas had years ago and Dak never won a damn thing. He sucks at times, he is mid-level, but he can elevate which again is more than most can do. There are multiple QBs I'd take over him right now but they aren't available or worth the price. They have Hurts and for the next year or two he's the best option. Nobody has yet to prove otherwise.

Finally...

He got to the SB... how's that proving your point?

No QB has had more all-pro teammates over the last 6 seasons than Dak. And he had top 5 defenses twice and another top 7 defense, and he won 1 playoff game.

The idea Dallas has failed Dak is laughable. He's had more talent around him than ANYONE, including Hurts. Some guys are just choke artists.
