Jalen is a massive problem.

It also appears that Kuper is flying far too low beneath the radar by this point in the season.

There is no shortage of OL talent on this roster. Its non-stop blown assignments since pre-season and its not getting any better.

Sirianni should be well below both of those guys on the list of issues.

And Im not sure we can evaluate Mannions offense properly either because if he wants all these condensed sets and 2 TEs for blocking, then Kuper needs to make sure his guys know who to block. We do see WRs open all over the field. Strong evidence that what Mannion does works. But the OL...

As much as I don't like Hurts he is the best option to win a SB until 29 even if they get a guy in 28.

Your theory of just putting any guy behind that OL giving up a 48% pressure rate made up of PS guys with a coach that just blew two straight games and a running game that got 6 total yards in the 2nd half and 20 total for the game made up of 4th and 5th string guys is just not based in reality.

You said let's see McKee the other day. Outside of JM he played behind the same PS players on the line and he looked so bad they kept Dalton around. End of that debate.

Again, Hurts is 4th or 5th on the list behind the coach, the injuries, and the run game.

I looked at the list of FA. You want Watson? Stop with Cousins holy crap. He has looked good during the season multiple times and hasn't done crap in the playoffs. You are grasping at straws. Hurts with a team around him is better than any of those guys.

Hurts is not the problem this year. He's about 5th on the list. No QB is going to do well with an OL made up of people off the PS. They are on their 4th string RB. Their TE can't stay on the field and they have nobody behind him. The plays being called are horrible and the coach just cost them two games. They also have no run game. Do you see that list?

Coach sucks

System sucks

Injuries have PS guys starting on the OL/TEs suck/4th string RB

No run game is the #1 issue but caused by the first 3

Now you can toss in Hurts having issues

People give Allen and Burrow a pass for a lot less than that. Build the OL in the offseason and the entire offense will look a lot better.

What system does he need to look good?

Which coach would you have preferred in the offseason?

Good thing Howie isn’t a defeatist with an attitude of "well gee shucks, there’s no way we can improve at QB at all so might as well stick with what we got.”

All these Hurts apologists forgot that’s how they got Hurts to begin with.

I'm 100% fine letting Jalen go into next year without an extension. Let's let this season play out. That's the business and he will understand and it won't affect him at all.

I also think, unlike Wentz, he would rise to the occasion if we drafted a QB instead of pouting

We saw a system. I'm not saying this one can't work with him but right now it looks bad overall including the run game that isn't his fault. Something is happening in yhe 2nd half though. If people want to say Hurts loses his ability to play after the half and it's his fault fine but to me it looks like the blend of systems and the calls.

Maybe they don't have the TEs to run it well. I would say it's the line. Either way my point remains hebis 4th or 5th on the list to blame behind the coach, injuries and absolute no run game. I'd put the system/calls ahead of him as well.

Mostly, McKee was air mailing passes. He didnt seem as affected by poor OL play because he gets the ball out on time which helps everyone. The OL and WRs. It actually raises the level of the team. In fact, the pass blocking was quite good. But they didnt know what to do with blitzes. The run game was also awesome in pre-season.

It's as if, yet again, another year the OC can run a good offense when Jalen isnt playing but within a few weeks of Jalen starting, the offense turns to crap.

Our pre-season offense always looks promising and then we dont see them run that stuff anymore.

Remember the passing to Steele? Releasing him through the c gap and fun stuff like that? Now we dont pass to the RBs hardly at all. When we do its simple dump offs. Nothing fancy.

He looked like panicked dog crap. So bad they kept Dalton. I like you dude but that is a major grasp.

Ok. That's why Dalton stayed on the roster and was 2 for the Bears game who looked like crap himself. Wish you well though.

As VP of Philanthropy for the Eli Stowers haters club, I wouldn’t mind seeing him play soon

I've forgotten all about the kickoff, poor kickoff coverage, etc. because I'm back to being irked there was a kickoff at all. First down with 25 seconds left on the clock -- it actually didn't even matter that JAX let the clock run from 45 down to 25 before calling their timeout.

When JAX called their timeout to stop the clock with 25 seconds left (leaving them with only 2 remaining) Sirianni needed to bring Hurts over to the sideline to go over the fact all they needed to do was rush the ball forward 3 times, call timeout with 2 seconds left on the clock and let Elliott kick the game-winning FG.

I'm ticked Sirianni didn't do that, and I'm ticked that Hurts -- a 7-year pro -- didn't know to do it. Unbelievable they threw an incomplete pass to stop the clock on first down. Equally unbelievable they threw a pass again on 2nd down, but the mistake had already been made to allow JAX the ball back. The Eagles went from first down to fourth down and only ran the clock down from 25 seconds to 12 seconds. Just horrible.

You can just make up any reason you like for why Dalton stayed on the roster but giving an inaccurate assessment of McKee's play and the pass blocking does not help your case.

The truth is McKee kept misfiring with bad accuracy. Uncharacteristic of him and in here we were discussing what may have happened to his mechanics. The discussion was never about him not having protection and being panicked because that wasn't actually happening in reality.

I would love to see him play again with more experience in the offense now, and for the first time in his career have the benefit of playing with starters. I bet he shows you how good the offense can look.

The "excuses" of a decimated roster apply to the coach and the OC as well, but we all know your agenda.

Problem is that this same thing happened last year as well - with a healthy roster. When pointed out, we got hit with "Keep the main thing the main thing."

Then a team absolutely decimated with injuries sent us packing in the playoffs.

Dont forget, there were 11 seconds and then another second got added without the refs announcing anything about that.

Watch that and tell me it wasn't shady.

Thats after they added a second before halftime and got Hunt injured.

And before they added another second following the kick return.

3 times they gave Jax more time.

Is there a call for Tanner "Brady” McKee again?!🤣 🤣

Not a big fan of Hurts, but come on, McKee is NOT the answer.

Seth makes a good point that again points towards coaching. People say he should change things at the line but how do you expect that when they are getting there late so often again?

Speaking of injuries, it doesn't speak well of the blog's intelligence level that you idiots can't admit that the team is DECIMATED WITH INJURIES and therefore doesn't have the talent to win right now. No team could win with this many key players out.

I'm not a big fan of the coach, but most of the slander towards him, the QB, and anyone else is over the top and absurd.

The team, including the coach, the OC, and the QB cannot be properly judged until the team is relatively healthy and not playing 3rd and 4th-stringers all over the field.

The Bears game we just got the brakes beat off us (again), but the last two games we were very likely winning with different coaching decisions. Don't downplay the dumb coaching decisions. And those two victories would have helped this DECIMATED team right now that has lost 3 straight. And provided much needed moral while the core players get healthy. Injuries had nothing to do with those stupid decisions.

And altough we won against WASH and TEN, the same issues we have now, happened in those games........non stop 3 and outs, lack of production in the 2nd half, bad O-line play, RB's getting contacted behind the LOS.

The injuries do suck, but it is part of the game.

No other team has injuries. Only Hurts has to deal with injuries.

Oh I wonder why that would be. LOL.

Hurts is to blame for them getting to the line late? You have serious hatred for the guy.

1 minute ago, Diehardfan said:

He is once again the common denominator. Last year everyone said Siri was.

This year Mannion said it was a point of emphasis and we saw that it was not an issue in the first few weeks.

Now we see more hitches and getting to the line late. Hurts is putting his mark on Mannion.

Coach killer QB about to claim another one.

This is all if the idiot you cited is even right. You said he made a good point "again" when he has never made a good point in his life.

And yeah...I just want a good QB for my team. I dont get rooting for your QB to suck, and loving it.

How the narrative changed Weeks 1 and 2 where the Eagles were deliberately snapping the ball late and getting to the line in plenty of time. Now they are getting to the line late, for some reason.
