I find it funny that we have 6 UDFAs and still 0 secondary players.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

The WRs we drafted will naturally push JJAW off the roster and that's a win.

Very few things surprise me with the Eagles anymore...

Not drafting a TE surprised me a bit.  Their recent 12 personnel obsesssion (which I hate) must be fading.  They have nothing at TE behind Ertz besides projects who aren’t even TEs.

Either the 12 personnel is dying a quick death or Ertz is here to stay for 2021.  I would not have expected either of those things before this weekend.

Goedert?

Hes been on the team for months. And yes we do need a new punter, hes a bum

Has James Smith signed anywhere?

Howie is already gassing up his picks

Cut McPhearson now.  That’s the unquestionable kiss of death from Howie.  Every draft pick he has ever said that about (and there are many) has been an unmitigated disaster.

Player X drafted in round Y was the guy we were going to draft in round Y-1.

0% success rate from Howie

Goedert is the starter.  I mean behind Ertz.

Why would the HC, with a WR background, not want to run as much 13 as possible?

That’s fine by me.

I didnt see Kary Vincent sign anywhere yet.

If he could stop the drops , he could be a good TE

The #Jets are signing former Ole Miss TE Kenny Yeboah to a rookie free-agent deal that includes a $20,000 signing bonus plus $180,000 base salary guarantee

I’d love to see Grimes knock off JJAW/Fulgham//both.

Knock off JJAW. At least Fulgham has demonstrated some NFL ability.

We’ve been told the new coaching staff also emphasizes 12 personnel.

Im very happy if that’s not the case.  I’ve hated 12 personnel base offense from the minute the eagles went in that direction.

Broncos  7th rd pick

I think you mean 11 personnel (1 RB, 1 TE).   13 would be 1 RB and 3 TE... which is why 12 personnel is 1 RB and 2 TE.

Told by whom?   Unless it came directly from Sirianni since he's been hired as the HC, I take all of that with a grain of salt.

So just noticed something, why is K'Von Wallace listed as the backup RCB on ESPN and CBS?  Guess I missed something.

I kinda like the Jack Stoll signing based on nothing but his name. That just sounds like the perfect throw back tight end name.

I guess we have too much talent at safety and he needed a spot to try to make the team.

Yeboah to the Jets.  Darnit.

Oh I see Pederson's son signed with SF. I must have misread earlier and thought he was signing here. I was shocked.

He got picked rd7

Damn gints drafted my boy Elerson  Smith , they had a good draft

Ill say, as a big howie supporter still- Im not thrilled with this draft after day 3.

I think it will be salvaged by contributions from the first 3 picks.

I dont love spending almost the entire 2nd day on tweener conversion projects or the typical undersized high production guys.

Gainwell was a guy I saw a few times on TV and heard future 1st round hype. He was supposed to be a star. But then he opted out this year.

But then I looked in to him more and wasnt that impressed. I think he will get playing time due to the lack of talent in our backfield but hes a guy I suspect we will be looking to replace each year till its done.

Lets be honest. We can have high hopes for these guys, but these types of picks never work out for us and instead of sprinkling in 1 or 2 we just loaded up the entire 3rd day on them.

We signed UDFA Buffalo G/T Kayode Awosika

TDN describes him as imposing but lists him at 6'5'' 285lb

Kayode Awosika is a physically imposing offensive tackle that projects best inside at guard. With well above average strength levels and the versatility of playing both guard and tackle throughout his career, he will receive plenty of interest as a Day 3 target. His lower body is underdeveloped from a technical standpoint, but the foundation that’s already in place is one that lots of offensive line coaches will be willing to get their hands on for the foreseeable future.

Ideal RoleDevelopmental guard.

Scheme FitVersatile.
