(WJHG/WECP) - Florida will start issuing $5,000 fines to businesses, schools, and government agencies that require people to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination. Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill earlier this year that banned vaccine passports. The fines will start on Sept. 16 if people are asked to show proof of a vaccine. Violators will have the chance to appeal but, once the fine is finalized, they will have 30 days to pay.

September 3, 20214 yr We had our School Board meeting last night. Very simple agenda with nothing to really vote or take action on. Should have been a 30 minute meeting but instead it went on for over 2 hours with public comment and arguing about the mask mandate and requiring masks in school. We had a guy with no medical training or background telling a nurse that works in a COVID treatment ward that she didn’t understand virus transmission or mask efficacy. 🤣. The same guy was basically telling us to ignore our solicitor’s advice and legal counsel and to ignore the mask mandate because he and his private attorney don’t think that the DOH has the authority to issue the mandate. This gentleman is also not a lawyer, btw.

September 3, 20214 yr OK this is actually pretty fascinating. Obviously, with Israel being one of the most vaxxed nations on earth, you'd expect them to have a higher percentage of the fully vaxxed getting coronavirus, but this chart shows that, in almost every age group, the percentage of fully vaxxed infections actually exceeds the percentage of those vaxxed in that age-group. Wow.

Quote "So, we immediately threw the kitchen sink at it. All kinds of meds: monoclonal antibodies, ivermectin, zpack, pregnazon, everything. And I also got an NAD drip and a vitamin drip. And I did that three days in a row. And so, here we are on Wednesday, and I feel great. I really only had one bad day. Sunday sucked. But Monday was better, Tuesday felt better than Monday, and today I feel good. I actually fell pretty Fing good." Rogan admits he threw everything at it. It's likely the ivermectin did little to nothing, unless he was suffering from an additional complication of worms. He seems to toe the line between idiot and reasonable quite well.

Not sure why he is taking antibiotics... If you take them when you don't need them it screws with your immune system.

September 3, 20214 yr Because transmission remains high, CDC recommends people who are unvaccinated to not travel this holiday weekend. Vaccinated folks should continue to wear masks, think about risks. Quote "First and foremost, if you are unvaccinated, we would recommend not traveling," Walensky said at a White House COVID-19 briefing on Tuesday. If you are not fully vaccinated and decide to travel within the U.S. anyway, the CDC recommends that you take the following precautions: Get tested 1-3 days before travel Get tested 3-5 days after travel and self-quarantine for 7 days. Self-quarantine for 10 days if you don't get tested Self-monitor for symptoms Wear a mask and take other precautions during travel "People who are fully vaccinated, and who are wearing masks, can travel," Walensky said. "Although, given where we are with disease transmission right now, we would say that people need to take these risks into their own consideration as they think about traveling."
