Pretty much.  Look at which states have the highest death rates.

Half the country is vaccinated.  Death rate is the same.  You can blame it on whatever group you want, but this is not success by any measure that Biden promised the country.

Weird. I recall being promised that the media hoax of a virus would magically go away after the election. Guess we all have to learn to live with heartbreak at some point.

I think he was hoping people would get vaccinated instead of offing themselves to own the libs

Right after you cite your source for this gem:

Delta is more contagious but has not yet been proven to be more lethal.  Given that it is NOT resistant to the vaccine we are in a less lethal situation than we were at this point last year as we have half the country vaccinated.

My source is cdc.gov

Our youngest son is now COVID positive as of yesterday morning. He's experiencing mild-to-moderate symptoms. Obviously he's now out of school for at least 10 days. We reported it to the school but I don't even know why. Texas doesn't allow schools to do any contact tracing or inform the rest of the parents of a positive test.

What an absolute disaster...

Good luck helping him to a quick and full recovery.

Seems to me that the self proclaimed "uniter in chief" shouldn't have to rely on hope.

I'll report this again so you can read it a second time, and then determine if you are ready to provide a source:

It is a variant that is not resistant to the vaccine and is less lethal that the original strain

This seems like it should be a big deal, but I guess ishlibs have to wait before the msm constructed reactions to the story to come out before responding to this.

It’s what a lot of politicians rely on.  Trump hoped his Covid response would get him re-elected.  He gambled and lost.

Hate to break it to you but coronavirus a have been studied for over 50 years.  This isn’t the AHA Gotcha moment you’re looking for.

Yep, and he should have.  His behavior in those Covid press conferences, the debates and after the election were detestable.  I'm just checking in with the CVON regulars to see how they are reconciling that Biden has the same death rate that Trump did.

As expected, the only acceptable narrative is that Trump was awful and got us into this situation.  It's Trump supporters that are keeping us here and that the president the country elected to resolve this situation couldn't possibly be expected to have any effect...because TRUMP!!

Not just trump, all the red states.  Take a look at the where the highest infection and death numbers are.  Texas doesn’t even allow schools to report cases and contact trace so they are complicit in the spikes among kids that’s happening right now.  Florida is a crap show.  Etc.  But Biden runs all these states, right?  It doesn’t take a genius to figure it out.  WGB answered your question with several key points.  Not all was trump related.  You chose to ignore that post.

🥱

Swedish govt has announced today that restrictions will all be more or less removed as of Sept 29th due to our high rates of vaccination and super low rates of COVID deaths and ICU patients for vaccinated individuals. All cultural events will be back at full capacity and work from home recommendations will be lifted. Vaccine requirements for some activities are under review.

The focus is on getting vaccinated people back to normal life.

Did media organizations completely fail in their responsibility to fact check the local ivermectin story out of Oklahoma and platform it? 100% yes.

Did the blowback from the story completely overshoot their mark and make equally stupid statements and misrepresentations? 100% yes.

So is taking ivermectin stupid? 100% yes.

No he doesn't. You're measuring the entire year's Covid cases, but disregarding the fact that in 2020, the first Covid death in the US didn't take place until the last day in Feb.  From March 1 2020, until Sept. 7, there were 189K deaths.

Tracking those same days in 2021, there were 134K deaths.  That's a significantly better death rate and that doesn't even include the fact that the first month + of 2020, the virus was just starting to spread, so the cases didn't really get high until early April.  If you take April to Sept 2020, you get 184K, vs. 96K in 2021, which makes Biden's rate even better.
