I dislike atlanta and would love to return the favor from last year. I’d hate atlanta a lot more but If we can’t win a series where in consecutive games we are up 25 and 18 on the hawks and lose those games that’s on Our team not putting them out of their misery. Imo the series last year showed just how fragile nature of the sixers with doc’s coaching and BS then the hawks. Also showed our margin of error was razor thin once Danny got hurt. Which speaks to sixers dumb moves over the year putting them in that spot.

Yeah I’ve watched it.  They are playing better in this series to start the first 3 games then they did against the Sixers last year. They got obliterated in games 2 and 3. Actually got worse from game 1 to game 3. This series they seem to be getting better with each consecutive game. Also young was 2-10 from 3 in game 2 but 8-10 inside the 3 point line. Game 3 he was 4-8 inside the 3 point line and 2-6 from 3. If Trae Young would actually start attacking inside the three-point line miami really doesn’t have an answer to him. He was horrific in game 1 as was the entire team. But since then he’s shooting 12-18 inside the 3 point line. That’s 67%. The problem is he’s settling on way too many 3s. And even this is a little skewed cause he got to the line 12 times in game 3. So if he starts to attack more he’s likely to be much better off as will atlanta.

I just see the defense without Capela being really bad. Maybe he comes back and they are much improved. If somehow Atlanta wins the series, which I think there is no chance, even without Lowry, we destroy Atlanta in 5 or 6 at the most. I just want that series extended and our sweep today so we can get 6-7 days off.

I think this team is too good to let Doc ruin multiple big leads, especially at home, at least for the next round. Plus, no Ben Simmons in the 4th to kill us now.

i would think the sixers win it in 5. Cause i think this team offensively is better equipped to beat atlanta this year than last year. Maybe not guarding trey young but i think offensively we won’t score in the low 100s or high 90s 3 consecutive games  

I see Miami beating atlanta in 5 or 6 depending on how game 4 goes. Lowry contract is going to look worse for Miami next year. He wasn’t worth the money when healthy so far this year. Could’ve been spent better.

Tbh He shouldn’t have been playing. Down 3-0 and how bad that injury looked. Felt like it wasn’t a week long injury by the looks of it. Plus it wasn’t saving their season. I much rather not have him hurt it worse then run him out there 0-3

Not going to win this game being outrebounded by 10 and embiid and maxey having 5 points on a combined 1-9 shooting.

Credit to the bench for dropping 13 points in the first half. That’s as many as the bench had in games 2 and 3. Helped us stay in this game especially with green, embiid and maxey not playing well offensively. 

We played like duke and we are right there. What’s up with Maxey? I’m sure we will hear from him next half. Maxey, Tobi and Harden need to help Joel out and finish this  series today. Joel seems really tired.

I wouldn’t hesitate to start giving Harris some more shots and looks. He’s shooting 60% for the series (24-40) and 8-13 from 3 (61.5%). I’d let him take some more shots cause he’s been very efficient and Toronto seems to have issues defending him.

I’m guessing doc won’t do it cause he’s gone from plus 4 in game one to -5 in game 2 and currently -6 today. Doc is the type of coach that would throw that out there as the reason to go Jordan next game.

The effort from the starters besides Harris is frustrating. They are actually getting a good bench performance today.
