I honestly am expecting an ugly game vs ATL we always seem to have those ugly close defense games vs them. But yea thinking 4-5 points will be the difference. 

Expecting which ever team has the ball last will have to score a TD on the final drive to win the game. Similar to two other finishes we have had vs ATL

Very optimistic going into this game loved this team discipline during TC and pre season. Very few penalties .looking to see if that carries over to the regular season. I believe if our lines can play to their abilities... the second most expensive OL ... Second to Big Red and Chiefs most resources dedicated to the Lines.  Sirianni proves to be more competent than Doug and his crew last year...Coaching creativity along with Hurts execution. We win...  What is a biased Eagle fanatic gonna say Atlanta is going down.

Agreed the last few years All close and ugly games. Think we're are better on O and D Lines,, even without McCleod our secondary and LB on paper are stronger than last year. IMO, and for the first time in years we might field a healthy team to start the season. There is a new sheriff  in town. Think our Offense and a potential top 5 O Line the speed at WR and talent at TE...mostly unproven...will show up this season...but I Guess that is why we play the games.

Seriously,I cannot wait to see what Siri has built, or at least started to build(still under construction). But we should get the gist of what he is trying to do. Next draft will be imperative. I thought we did ok last draft. I had a CB round 2,but whatever. We will see how the pieces fit and next year we can get younger again and add more PUNCH to the equation

Sorry but Smith looks like the real deal. His next task is to play vs the #1 defenders.I think he can do it. Reagor needs to step/man up or GTHO. And we'll get to see if Quez was a FLUKE or the player we saw. I'm imagining this team with Quez,JJ and Smith

We are better than last year. Some things I want to see. Hurts making good decisions, Siri making good decisions(the lame brain calls by Ped used to tick me off to no end). I want to see Hurts throw the ball away if the play is not there. From what I have read the players believe. That's the best start you can have. Now Hurts has to be a leader. It's HIS team now. Sanders needs to do what we got him to do. With a solid O line he needs to put up some numbers for us. Dullaz was solid,they went toe to toe with TB. So that,for me is the goal,to be as good as TB on offense. We are not there yet,but it will be fun to see the progress already made and it the foundation looks right. Hurts believes and the players around him believe. The fans are skeptical(as they should be). if we play solid,coherent ball and lose to a better team,you won't hear from me,but that's what i want to see,something we can build off of next draft. I WANT to see the rest of our weaknesses exposed. This is the year to do that,then build the team we know we can.
