I feel like everyone has had a weird season, besides us so far. You can name any team and find an improbable win or an unexplainable loss. Feels like Eagles are the only team to lose games they were expected to and win games they were mostly expected to.

Honestly it’s why i think it’s whoever gets hot in the afc is going to wind up winning the conference. You’d think the titans with their schedule sets up the best for that. As after their bye week they have vs. jags, at Steelers, vs. sf, vs. Miami and at Texans. But they also find ways to lose to teams like the jets and Texans.

I thought I heard Nick say Howard likely plays next week

Before the season I wouldn‘t have thought that would be that big of a loss.

But it is. We really need them both.

Maybe the RB from IND - Carson is making good money handing the ball off… I kid… not really.

As long as he reaches the 1st round threshold, he can hand the ball off every snap for all I care.

I can see Howard out through the bye week. I think they likely believe they can win that jets game without Howard and give him 3 weeks to heal

You made that prediction thinking we‘d lose. 😁

Oh and in case you missed it: Hurts had three rushing TDs.

He poached one from Goedert, stat hog.

Settling for FG's is going to be what kills this team in the playoffs against a Rodgers/Dak/Stafford/Brady etc.

@LeanMeanGM

Eagles 34, Giants 20

Giants run defense is not great; they allow 4.5 yards per carry.  Even without Howard the Eagles should keep pounding the run game.  Daniel Jones just isn't good enough or patient enough to put up a bunch of points on any defense really.  Eagles have scored 30+ points in 3 of their last 4 games.

Bold prediction -- Sanders and Scott combine for 150+ rushing yards, Slay with another takeaway.

4 field goals isnt good, no matter which way you slice it

If you score 40 points in a big win?

Can you please wipe that foam off your mouth? 😄

I mean sort of but it's the defense that's a bigger problem than the offense.

Gonna need a big game from Boobie this week to get back to .500.

Hold on to the ball and hit the hole hard without dancing.

That’s my point. Any decent QB is going to be shredding the defense. To overcome that the offense has to play mistake free football and can’t leave any points on the field.

Defense against good offenses and QBs is a problem.

Yesterday the defense set the eagles up with 17 points: pick 6, eagles got the ball after a pick only having to go 39 yards for a td and Ingram fumble only went 12 yards for a fg.

Another tie this week for the prediction winners.

@jamiller predicting 44-24 and @Westbrook#36 predicting 40-20

Bonus prediction winners:

@Bacarty2 Elliott has 4+ FG's

@justrelax Eagles 175+ rushing yards

@Swoop offense has a terrible fumble

@Utebird Slay INT

In my score prediction Elliot had 4 FGs I was going to include that with my prediction but oh well can't win em all😁

His life is going to be a Hollywood movie one day.

Prediction for next week the giants cry that we didn’t tank the game

Giants are going to get blown out tonight. Looking past the Bucs towards their Super Bowl, playing the Philadelphia Eagles

His play makes me hope we draft Faalele next year..

My favorite part about that whole scenario was Mailata walking around looking for someone to fight. Hes a monster

He is one of 2 guys I want in the draft next year. The other is Bernhard Raimann from Central Michigan.

He is from Austria (Europe), 6"7 310lbs, he is raw but super athletic and strong.

Both need to be enrolled in the Stoutland Big Man Academy next year.

When your defense is as helpless as that you gotta try to control the clock and keep the opposing offense off of the field.

I don't know why I laughed so hard at this, but I love that you had to clarify Austria is in Europe (and I understand people might've assumed you meant Australia if you didn't qualify it)
