Yeah, I'm the one crying about the raid. Makes perfect sense. Youre crying about Trump. You have been crying about Trump for years now and I see no end in sight. Its a mental health issue.

Why we he need to make that a felony if no one ever did it? Thats point #1 The unbelievably stupid ones are you guys. Yet again wrapped up in another pretend scandal. And Trump has been out of office forever yet now it requires an FBI raid? Interesting. Lets see if they charge him with a felony. You think they will? The funny thing to me are the people in the stories who sound like they think Trump packed up boxes himself. I also read stories a few years ago about him not reading briefings and other documents sent to him, but now he suddenly has in depth knowledge about fifteen+ boxes worth of stuff? I'd be surprised if he read 15 boxes his entire time in office.

LOL. Trump is clearly caught doing illegal things and will be paying the price, just like any other citizen would be.

People wrote stories that he didn't read documents and was clueless, but is suddenly aware of everything in these mysterious boxes is funny to me.

DeSantis would walk into the Oval Office at this point, but Trump likely loses again. Trump was losing steam among the GOP, and now they are all rallying to him again. This wasn't politically motivated, and there's a 0.0% chance the Democrats would be smart enough to do this, but this is a massive win for Biden's 2024 reelection. It also helps the Dems in the midterms

I predict in the next 20 years, a candidate you favor will be targeted by the FBI and a moron much like yourself will be pointing out the law on it, but by then you realize that nobody is getting the politician they like, because the FBI is the organization that runs the country, voting be damned

Did he know exactly what was in all 15 boxes full of documents and materials? No Did he know at least some of them contained classified contents and thus it was illegal for him to still have them in his possession? Yes

Thats how this happened for like 100 years until Trump hurt the feelings of all the lifelong politicians who suck at their jobs. 1 minute ago, we_gotta_believe said: "This is akin to jaywalking" *someone posts link proving this is now a felony thanks to Trump signing it into law* "Ok well other people broke this law before it was a felony, so it's okay for him to commit a felony!" I certainly hope so, not that it will matter to backwater, low-info rubes from WV who will still vote for him even if he was wearing an orange jumpsuit
August 10, 20224 yr I dunno but it better be DAMN good whatever they find. This thing Democrats do of propping up radicals because their intel says it's a better chance to win is utter BS and self defeating fro themselves and the country. So this BETTER be some REAL LEGIT papers they find at Trump HQ to rile up this mess.
August 10, 20224 yr Hopefully the Trumpbots find some new material, shaping up to be the same boring Fox News talking points again today.

You actually believe this was such an urgent situation, that our national security was actively at risk on a random Monday in August? I don't think the FBO concerns itself with timing when raiding suspected criminal ringleaders.

What are the steps to declassify something because as POTUS he had that right before he left office? Does it have to be page by page with a written record or could he have just said I'm taking these and declassifying them? 1 minute ago, DrPhilly said: Did they not give any back when asked to do so? If they wanted to go down people's pants to get some back, yes There's a formal process to declassify documents. It needs to be documented, and the stamps and classifications on the docs need to change. It's more involved than just the President saying, Michael Scott style, that he declares something declassified.

You think Trump was competent enough to declassify everything in his possession before he left office? Come on, dude. Quote Does it have to be page by page with a written record or could he have just said I'm taking these and declassifying them? If they wanted to go down people's pants to get some back, yes More or less, yes it has to be somewhat specific, it can't be something broad and general like "everything in Boxes B through K is hereby declassified!" Mind you, this would've needed to have happened prior to him leaving office, which definitely did not happen.
