Actually, like their second round pick more than I like their first round pick. That kid is fast and big for an 18 year old. I think he was a solid pick. Their first rounder i didn’t love. But it’s a crapshoot in late first unless a top tier prospect falls like miller did last year

Yeah, I kinda get the sense that since they’re searching for an outfielder. Frankly they tend to look HS pitching prospect and up their middle guys in the first round. Haven’t had a second rounder lately to hard to tell if that’s what they would tend to look for in second round. Feels like rooker, happ, arozerena and bellinger (although injured so maybe not) are guys they might be interested in if Crawford is going out.  frankly, if you’re gonna go after Luis Robert, I think it’s gonna cost you more than Crawford. If they can only give up Crawford and lesser prospects id do it. But I think it’s gonna cost you Crawford, probably Caba and probably another good prospect just to get in the conversation. I heard on a podcast that the White Sox might just hold onto him this year since they don’t have to necessarily trade him. he still has extra years left in arbitration and they might be able to get more for him next year if he stays healthier in the first half of the season.
