Manaea has been good this year but the Phillies have hit him well over the years. Quintana has really been hard on the Phillies. We forget that 2022 run when he was with the cardinals he shut down the Phillies and it was the cardinals bullpen that imploded.

So he really should be able to keep the ball in the stadium. If he’s giving up home runs there then we are definitely losing this game.

October 8, 20241 yr I am feeling this way, either the Phillies are gonna go out there and get blasted or they’re gonna somehow win a close game. I don’t think there’s gonna be any in between. Like I don’t think they’re a blow them out. And I don’t think the Mets are gonna win a close game. I think this comes down to either Nola just gets hammered by the Mets or the Phillies somehow pull out a close victory late

If the Phillies can take the crowd away i think it bodes well for them. If the Mets get momentum and the crowd is allowed to just go into more of a frenzy we are likely getting blasted.
