Kepler stinks. Not that I'm surprised. There's a reason guys like him have to settle for 1 year deals.

I didn’t like that signing. First he is a lefty so can’t platoon him and marsh. So essentially one was playing everyday which was a mistake. Now both are playing everyday and shouldn’t be. Second he is 32 going on 33 and was bad prior to the injury last year. Same issue with Romano is you are hoping a guy entering his mid 30s is going to stay healthy for 162, play a good portion of games and just get back to what he was 2-3 years ago is a mistake. Third, this feels like a Merrifield signing where he’s here til July even though he’s likely not good.

Would have been an exciting game to be at...I remember I went to the Phillies vs. Dodgers NLCS the year they won the World Series with Lidge......I will say, I couldn't speak for a week and Citizens Bank was louder than I could ever remember any stadium ever.  With each pitch it was like a jet engine starting up just getting louder and louder.

I really hope we don’t wait til July with Kepler and marsh. Like if they continue to be this bad then you have to make a move. At least give Rojas more time if Kepler is going to be this bad so you have good defense in LF and cf.

in my fantasy world. Rojas in left, Crawford in center and marsh and Kepler nowhere near this team. Trying not to be negative today but…..never mind

Kepler by a shiny turd at least he hit a homer. Romano hasn’t shown us anything yet

Some things to worry about but credit where credit is due, that was a great series win.

Yup. Said it when that trade went down. You don’t trade top 75 prospects particularly offensive hitting catchers for guys who need to be fixed and the team you’re trading with had given up on after 1.5 years. It was never about O’hoppe staying here. That wasn’t happening but about maximizing the value he had. They sold low on him but bought high on marsh when they shouldn’t have
