Eagles are healthy.  49ers a little banged up.   Should be a good game but one where home field advantage helps.  49ers discover the sea chickens crowd are not the Eagles fans.

Eagles 34 prospectors 17

Bonus:  Reddick with a sack

Bonuses that don’t count:  Purdy not as poised as last week, intercepted by the better secondary.

Kelce TD.

Eagles get more yards rushing than SF.

Didn't you hear?

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Yep.  Ben Simmons wasn’t meant to play basketball any more than you or I.  He’s the weird brother in wedding crashers trapped in a 6’10” ultra athletic vessel.  If his Dad hadn’t played pro ball, he never would have been miscast playing the sport in the first place.

I’ve said this in the Sixers thread before, I think he loves the lifestyle basketball gives him more than actually playing basketball. That’s why he doesn’t really care if he improves and has consistently been the same player. he knows he’s going to keep getting paid in this contract he currently has. I’d guarantee the last year of his contract that’s when he will turn it up to get another contract. He tended to do that here with the month leading into the all star voting the month

Derious Davis from TCU is a possibility.

I’d like that, but I wonder if Howie could stomach another fast wr from tcu.

Apparently there is now a chance of rain for the game tomorrow. All week long it’s been showing about a 10% chance of precipitation for that window, but it’s now up to about 30%. It’s also looking to be a couple degrees cooler than originally thought, though still quite pleasant for a January afternoon.

I hate rain games. We’ll probably dodge that bullet but I’m still gonna be worried about it.

That Seattle stadium is the loudest in the nfl though.  It has nothing to do with their fans, just the acoustics of the stadium.

It still irks me that the Eagles built a very open stadium that dissipates sound back in 2003.  At the time, it was very fashionable to have irregular lines and open facades…a nightmare for retaining sound.

Before the season started, I bet on the Eagles to win the NFC at 10:1 odds. I’m not saying I knew we would be this good, but I suspected we might be. All the signs were pointing to an upward trajectory.

A hundy?

Two best prop bets I ever won were hundies on 8-1 to win the division when we were in 4th and had all NFCE to play and 17 to 1 when Balty won it all.  No big deal but still sweet. I was sweating the Balty bet near the end.

Do coaches in the NBA really matter?  If you think they do, help me understand how they do.  I have never understood how they actually matter.  That is probably a failing on my part, but how they matter eludes me.  Players matter … clearly, but coaches … not so much.

Styles make fights - certainly part of the reason why I’m looking forward to the game tomorrow. The NBA looks to me like every team is trying to emulate the Warriors… that’s fine, but you got have the players.

Probably a UDFA, so the risk is minimal

Agreed.  My sense of the NBA is it is all about the players.

I wanted ideal weather conditions- even from my couch.

@LeanMeanGM it worked for me last week so why not roll with it again … Eagles 38 Niners 7. Bonus:  Eagles win the deep balls on both Offense and Defense

What's a deep ball on Defense?

10 yard slant that Deebo takes to the house.

Here's the regular season results, as all bonuses are finished (unless Graham makes the Pro-Bowl as an alternate).

Best regular season prediction based off win percentage goes to.... @mattwill with a 13-3-1 prediction.

I understand the reasoning behind predicting a tie for Week 18 since no one knows if it will be meaningful or not, but that feels a like a NE Patriot work around my game, and since I am not a gutless puppet like Goodell, I will award co-winnings to @Aerolithe_Lion and @CouchKing who both predicted 13-4 records.

Actually, now that I think about it no one predicted enough wins and Eagles passed them all so I guess Howie Roseman and or Julian Lurie win.

Bonus winners highlighted in Green.

Not this time, Bub!

Shouldn't you put in for a name change to , like, "Waiting for Number Two"?...:smoke:

How the hell does that help Eagles win? lol

I'm guessing he meant Eagles don't give that up.

That’s what I meant, maybe he thinks Purdy throws a pop up and our guys get a long INT.

Do you know who had the most week prediction wins for predicting the score?

Merry Conference Championship Eve everyone.
