All on a play designed to get AJ one on one. Which that part was successful. AJ didn’t even create an inch of space. Not like tight throwing window….nonexistent throwing window. AJ…Mano y mano…lost that battle.

Thought it was pretty much the best option Hurts had then. Nothing good was going to happen after that freak Verse decleated a 360 pound G five yards in the air. Did you see that TD Verse scored just the playoff game before? So very easily could have been what occurred here.

And very reaily Hurts could have hit Gains, even if it was for no gain. So I mean you can run the gamut of "what if's' Just do what Belicheat said "do your job"

But AJ wasn’t the only one. The other guys were covered …no…blanketed. Like the Rams got the playcall from us just as much as we did…heck their D got our playcall better than our O got their own playcall.

Then if you see AJ not getting separation off the LOS you have to go elsewhere. Lack of execution is not a "bad play call". It's lack of execution. The Hurts to AJ connection got damaged somewhere along the way

Mistakes will always be made. There is no perfect game. You try to minimize them as much as possible. Verse has talent, he will win a few battles in his career

But that’s not all that happened here. Our O wasn’t ready for it. Blocking, route running….there is not playing perfect…then there is a 360 pound mountain getting jacked the F up! Right up the gut. Not by the biggest defender. By the super athletic rusher. Right into our QBs face. AJ couldn’t beat single coverage. What was that CBs name? Smitty couldn’t get open either…like they completely anticipated his and Goedert’s routes.

Moore anticipated that and got Gains as the outlet. It was a nice defensive call. It happens. We do the same. Their D executed

ONE play,ONE. Out of how many other plays? Verse has talent,he will win some battles, this should not be a shock(he;s going to get better too)

Watch what the Rams D did again. Personally I don’t think you are seeing it. You’re too heck bent on just short cutting with a lazy Hurts Hater blame shame. I’m telling you this is an issue the Rams clearly identified. Pack saw some of it too. Our passing game just isn’t developed to these levels to be capable of handling it.

So now Moore is crap also? We know you think Siri is,but you wanted Moore to be HC,then say he calls bad plays? Which is it?

Whoa whoa whoa…hold the phones. I always stated I wasn’t that high on Moore to begin with. I wanted Kingsbury. Actually Slowak…but he would have heed the HC job.I called Moore mediocre. Stated how that’s a huge upgrade to Siri’s O.

Hurts could have beat them by hitting Gains. Even if it was no gain it's still a win instead of a sack. 0> -8

I don't really care, that game has ended, it's time for the wuss

But it’s really hard to differentiate everything here. I mean we are outside looking in behind the scenes trying to make educated guesses here. I’ve been complaining believing Siri got in the  way and stalled our passing game growth potential this season. So how much of a fair shake did Moore actually get here to accomplish his job? But…think I can clearly identify some real flaws in Moore’s performance and quality. Heck…he straight came out on the presser and owned it. I do like that part at least.

If he's making bad play calls why would you want him to replace Siri? He's making the calls either way as HC or OC and they would be bad play calls at either spot right? You still fail to see Hurts is the weak link in the offense. As long as that's true there will be no discussing anything with you. He(Hurts) was not at 100% either vs the Rams which makes him even worse of a weak link. I hope he can play well this week because he is still not 100%. He cannot really afford to take any big hits including sacks where his knee can be twisted. he needs to get the ball out,we have always said this

That LB came all the way around from the middle to get right in this position. I mean sure …in hindsight…you can say of course he ends up being a rusher. But he easily looks like after covering all that ground left to right to get two yards short of Gainwell …that he’s doing it as a LB…to cover Gainwell. Seems like a very plausible conclusion to have reached. Becton is already airborne in this screen grab. This is the moment of decision. Everything after this is Hurts completely in harms way. Not just to some Joe Schmoe. But a super athletic very high draft pick freak of nature. Very much the guy ready to make a play. Not just the sack Hurts took. Sack fumble TD situation was laid out on a platter for Verse. He was denied that at least.

Moore cannot implement his offense because he has a weak link in Hurts as a PASSER. He tried and we were getting killed. All that changed in week 6 because Moore understood Hurts was too limited to run the offense he wanted. If I own a cow I won't win the Kentucky Derby with it

So everything here on this okay screamed to me disaster written all over it. Great job by the Rams. They won that playcall and execution battle. This is where I was with some of the previous thoughts regurgitated endlessly. Just don’t turn the ball over on this play. That was the play I’m actually pretty proud Hurts made.

"Great job" because Hurts failed on a 3 yard pitch and catch LOL. I could throw this

The fantastic supporting cast hides alot of Hurts trash play. You don't get to this point having a bottom 10 offense. What is the "unused greatness" Explain please

Obviously you can’t imagine. Because you keep demanding it’s all just Hurts fault.

The disaster is Hurts failure to find Gainwell with an UNobstructed view. He is right there and he is open already in the pic you showed(and he gets more open until the S comes up). It's painful to see bonehead plays like this for a loss we should not have taken. You could make this throw right here. QB JV 101 3 yard pitch and catch c'mon now

I haven’t really even gotten to dive into the bad playcalling from Moore. I didn’t believe this was a bad playcall. Not this one. Many others. In so many different ways. But this is where you just showed your pure agenda driven pursuit to blame Hurts. AJ’s route wasn’t going be decided right off the line of scrimmage. It has to develop…and see what happened once he made his move…you know..that tool receivers use…to actually get open many times.
