I mean this quote from Rosie just had to get your wheels turning big time contemplating what he has in store. I actually believe he’s raising up the warning for us to not freak out here.

Why would you freak out? You negotiate as best you can,the non takers you have to replace. It's like this EVERY year for EVERY team. Just put this quote on a loop and play it every year  Why do obvious quotes astound you?. Like these haven't been said 6 million times?

If you take his words straight up he’s saying we are losing guys big time in FA. Going to earn those compensatory picks. Aren’t going to be buyers in FA either then. At pick 32…the draft ammo is pretty weak also. So dialing back expectations….going to actually take his words to really mean it this time.

OOOOOOOOO yes the same as every off season LOL

Obviously you would have to believe Rosie has put his feelers out getting a pretty good understanding of what all our guys are looking for to be retained or extended.

"I almost feel a little insulted, because we work so hard at that play. The amount of things that we've looked into how to coach that play, the fundamentals. There's a thousand plays out there. It comes down to how to teach the fundamentals and how the players go through and do the fundamentals. I can't tell you how many times we've practiced the snap, practiced the play, because it's not easy to practice. There are different ways we figured out how to practice it," Sirianni said speaking of The Brotherly Shove.

Suck coach, doesn't know X's and O's. Needs fired ASAP

FWIW,I really like this kid. It seems to me moving back from round 1 altogether is the play

to make. This kid will be really good with pro coaching. Here's a round 2 TE I would love to add

Just scanning loosley,I see a BUNCH of round 2 talent without the round 1 price tag. Like my above TE and there are a bunch of linemen in 2 that would work. IDK which team would love a round 1 choice, but I hope we find them. As a former TE, the above kid will be a great team fit for us. Watching this vid I see some skills that need honed, but the power and catch radius is there. I hope to see him perform at the combine. but I am glued on this kid. I had Fanin before, but this kid will be better fit for what we do. A guy to lay in waiting behind Goedert

Except….we are predicted to be the team losing the most good players this FA.With that already being the expectations he’s making this statement. He actually says not going to be the traditional looking approach. Rosie himself said…not going to be exactly what you stated as your opinion.

Rosie said "not going going to look like the traditional approach.” Exactly opposite take from what you are saying. We’ll see…who’s more accurate our GM or FL?

And he’s telling you if you read between the lines what the results are going g to look like….not the same approach is what he stated.

I’ve always given Siri full credit for taking the QB sneak to a completely different level. Is it really X and Os? I don’t think so. It is getting extremely detailed perfecting this one play we have been built to execute at a master level.

Bringing in a rugby coach doesn’t equal football X and O skill.

Yes he’s what I’ve been saying looks like an easy bet at TE. There are several options. Mason I actually think has some pro ready polish more than most kids coming out of college.

I like him. He’s more polished than huge upside potential type I’d say.

There is also the U Hurricane TE Arroyo that should be real good.

Yes

Oronde Gadsden dad played for the Phins. He’s a converted big WR to TE guy. Which probably gives about as good of a read on him as you need to know.

I’m seeing Mason Taylor at 81 ranked prospect

Miami TE Arroyo at 69. Gadsden at 137
