That coming off the complete collapse last season at the end. He was holding on by a thread. But turned out to be very key pulling our whole team together to rally around.
February 27, 20251 yr Siri grew from that and is a better coach as a result. Like I’ve said several times now…proud of him for it.
February 27, 20251 yr Just google it. A zillion hits come up about Siri getting fired if we lost to the Browns. Heck some even wanted him fired after we won that game. Not like just one opinion…not one guy…the list was long when I just googled it…everybody knew this …as fact!
February 27, 20251 yr He called Siri’s behavior clown behavior. Which it was. The crowd was chanting "FIRE SIRI!” Things were not good for Siri at all right at that moment.
February 27, 20251 yr Brown said the Eagles needed to "change" and "evolve" their offense to compete with other NFL teams

February 27, 20251 yr Brown said he wanted the team to get on the same page and put their best foot forward
February 27, 20251 yr December 2024, wide receiver A.J. Brown said the Philadelphia Eagles' passing game needed to improve.

Stop worrying about " fans" ... you focus on all the BS and missed how the team was growing. You would have enjoyed the whole season...not just the last two weeks.
February 27, 20251 yr These are the crowd chants ..in our own stadium you arguing weren’t happening. AJ making statement saying exactly what I was saying at the time. You’re in denial about all this. This wasn’t just a me thing…

I felt strongly we were going to need it at the end. Which I kept stating over and over…and we did. We needed it…and we delivered. I have and still give credit for retyping the job done. Clearly concern was very reasonable to be had about it. Ask AJ…trust me AJ and myself weren’t the only ones understanding we were going to need this to get where we wanted to go. And it was needed. The O was " showing" fine... except for the Carolina game ....which AJ made the comment about. It was the outlier... right after 2 excellent games at LA and Baltimore...big games vs playoff teams.

This wasn’t just a me thing… Nobody is in denial that vs Carolina the passing game... mostly the QB...sucked. it was the low point..the outlier. If you get a video of the whole season...and you take away the Carolina game... you see from week 6 on how the team was gelling and getting better ...each week.

It was about growing our O to be ready for what most everybody who’s known football for very long understands. We were going to need to develop to be more…than where we were at. Didn’t take some crystal ball for plenty of people, not just myself, to realize we had to develop the versatility that was going to be needed to succeed All the way.

Ridiculous to actually try and state it was just an outlier one week situation against Carolina that our passing game wasn’t dominating and thriving like it would need to…to bring home the parade.
February 27, 20251 yr It wasn’t just our passing game…we were the worst team in the league scoring in the first quarter.

I very clearly saying the galvanizing moment for the 2024 Champion Philadelphia Eagles was Siri fighting through to not get fired.
February 27, 20251 yr "It's just crazy though because everybody in the locker room is saying the same thing. I kind of got crucified for it. But it's cool." Just AJ getting crucified for it there. Me getting crucified here for it. It was just that obvious of a situation going on.
February 27, 20251 yr I could keep posting these examples all day. But none of this is where I’m trying to go. I’m moving forward. Given credit to Siri for maturing growing and improving. Once again stating I’m proud of him. Came a long ways this season.

So the offense miraculously got better at the end? It wasn't doing that all season?
