Depends on how the draft falls and how much Howie wants to move up. It would presumably(with Bowers and Goedert and the WR's we have plus Bark) make this offense indefensible. IDK how you can afford NOT to make this move if you can put an indefensible offense on the field. Teams would have to have the top 2 CB's,the top S,and 2 top LB's to even cope with this

At this point, I would put money on Mims or Chop at 22. I would also not be surprised for a trade down. If we stay there yes,but I don't suspect we will. The extra round 2 is basically a free pick or a bargaining chip to move up if we want Bowers. I would look at Latu at 22 if we don't make the move and if we moved back I suspect that would be one of the 2's we have. Still stud players around at 22 and no reason to give that up IMO
April 2, 20241 yr Author https://www.nflmockdraftdatabase.com/big-boards/2024/consensus-big-board-2024 So there is a possibility, seeing this list, that Bowers could fall to maybe 17-18 which is totally doable if we want to make that jump. I doubt he goes at 10 to the Jets they need other major pieces before a TE. Depends how badly other teams need linemen and DB's. If they go there yeah 17-18 is doable,so I can't just rule him out. We'll know soon

But idk about moving up to get him. Especially giving up a second round asset.

He’s goes at pick 23 in that mock.

Brock Bowers is a generational TE. Don't be shocked if we take him(although we never had a visit with him). Yes this draft will be really interesting with all the deep talent. I expect Howie to do alot of finagling CJG is a safety. Bowers won’t be there at pick 22.

April 3, 20241 yr This time of year is rough for sports….I don’t care about basketball, baseball, or hockey. Love to play golf, but I can’t stand to watch it. XFL is unwatchable. Sigh. Summer fun outside saves me. Need summer to get here soon! Wentz a Chief. The irony if Mahomes got hurt for a few weeks and Wentz plays well. I wonder why the Rams didn’t push harder to re-sign him. Maybe they did. What do the cowpies have at RB that no-one but them knows about?

Soccer is OK but even that at a top level is kind of dull and not very entertaining. I’m glad I’m a Southampton fan because actually the Championship is a lot of fun and far more competitive. Not a fan of golf either but I do love a bit of the masters.

However disappointing he is due to his expectations of being elite. He is at worst above average. Far from non existent.

I think he's worth getting,he would be here 4 years or 5. He's supposedly another Gronk/ Pitts, generational TE. I hope he falls to within something we can do

Soccer needs to count DOWN not UP. That is really moronic. When 90 minutes is up,then say OK we have 4:44 seconds of penalties to play so reset the clock for that. It;s stupid not to know when the game ends just "whenever the ref decides it is".

The advantage you want to take in the matchups is that they need to go big vs the 2 TEs...because it's better run blocking. Then you take advantage of the bigger players in coverage. You need 3 TEs that can block. Otherwise they can just use the Nickel and treat it like it's 3 WRs
