He’s hard working driven dedicated competitive as heck. Those are strengths. But yeah….he’s needed to mature and grow up. Not many other situations could have worked for him. Instead of the mature HC leading things….the immature green coach had such a mature very young QB to carry that mantle for him:

Which situation you think would have worked for Hurts ?

I can remember even during our super season just playing out him proving he wasn’t blocking out everything around him. He actually went to explain his actions to our own fans. That happened this last season even:

OMG.... this just can't happen...it's why Barkley and Smith dropped those game winning passes...because Siri talked to fans.

Come on now....the coach is awful. Remember when the Giants fan wouldn't let him enjoy his meal with his family and he actually talked trash back to him.

A coach just can't do that....awful Xs and Os.

Awful X and Os has proven out in a very extensive track record as HC. He had no scheme. We tried running his O, with him controlling the O, even with him playcalling….disastrously still controlling our gameplanning.

Siri isn’t awful. He just was far from actually qualified day one. His strengths are plenty. But don’t revolve around X and O football knowledge.

We’ve accomplished formulating an O scheme for him. We’ve made huge strides getting others in to accomplish much of what he can’t do on his own. We’ve been developing our HC for years now.

The more you understand of all the positive strides made with Siri…the better the understanding surrounding his future can be understood.

Or... when they decided to throw less than any other team in the league... and it changed everything

All along we’ve clearly focused on building a dominant punishing physically superior rushing attack. Just stupid to build the team like that and not utilize the core theoretically built te advantage:

We decided to feed the best Offensive player in the league. Like absolutely any team would decide to do.

What we were doing you’ve missed was busy with Moore creating an actual scheme for Siri finally.

Moore wasn’t allowed to just simply run his own quality formulated scheme developed over so many years. What he instead was tasked with was blending what worked previously for Siri. He had to actually create a scheme for Siri and our O finally.

What I witnessed was our Oline had learned Siri enough now to understand they had to directly approach him all together. The previous seasons especially last season of individuals complaining about our O brought zero results.

The huge leap forward, you missed No Mas, was Moore created an O for us finally. Completely understandably our brand new O scheme wasn’t completely perfect being developed in one offseason. QB wore a red jersey all TC. No PS action to even test anything on.

Can’t even believe there would even be any shock or surprise after zero testing that our newly created O for Siri was less than perfect. Most schemes are developed for decades even. What was done I believe was we dialed back things after actually testing this newly formed O finally under real fire. Against actual opponents bringing varying skill sets of talent and defensive scheming approaches at it.

So what I saw…can honestly only call it a very educated guess of what was occurring since I’m not an insider coach myself. We needed to adjust and rework our new O. Which is what Moore so brilliantly accomplished.

Moore brought actually abilities to coach as well. He could actually provide rhymes and reasoning for why things are done like they needed to be

Then what I believe was happening was week by week as the season wore on our new O, actual scheme finally, was being implemented.

All in one season Moore did all that. If you actually just consider this very differing perspective from me and take any time to reflect week to week? It will appear to you so obviously.

The one thing you will get from Ham...is he will tell you his resume constantly ..." I called it" is why he is on here. Not really to discuss the Eagles.

Which my extensive proven track record is one area over so many years you should be backing me up on. I am far from perfect. But I do obsess over Eagles football. It’s something I am very knowledgeable on. Go ahead and explain any reasoning you aren’t and shouldn’t be backing up my so extensive track record that’s played out on this very spot for so many years you’ve witnessed.

I call things like I see them right away. Predicting results providing my two cents on virtually every detail surrounding this team. Kind of pathetic I’d even need to stoop to tooting my own horn in anyways about any of that.

I don’t try and talk about areas I know very little about. But when it comes to Eagles football I formulate my own opinions.

I’d point to this statement by No Mas actually as even proof about my opinions. Him trying to lash out just against my proven resume here …should tell you everything you need. Because my resume so obviously to all those been around here for years can’t be denied. It exists. No Mas being so tired of any phrase about that I already "called it” exactly? I wear that as a badge of honor.

Obviously No Mas wouldn’t have dealt with the fact "I called it” so much…if it hadn’t been happening so frequently.

I see you being against me having to deal with that "I called it” so much…as a YOU PROBLEM

See it’s always existed. It hasn’t been just surrounding Hurts. Surrounding everything always.
