Not all,but he had his share

TB also stopped Hurts twice on the tush push, where did that 600 pound leg press disappear to?

FL you actually are your opinion that you don’t find it as an obvious conclusion that Hurts struggled to find WR to pass to without his top WR present that day? Best Oline out also…also it was like 90 degrees. But sure….that game was the clincher thaf Hurts can’t handle running Moore’s O. Clearly the game to place greatest weight towards defining everything.

You just can NEVER bring yourself to criticize your hero. You call me a hater, no its just I call it as I would any other QB in the league. In the SB Mahomes played like ISH and he's one of the best, so I must hate Mahomes too

Winningest coach in franchise history

If only he was the main reason for those wins. Instead he dig us a hole at 2-5 we overcame to still make the playoffs despite him. He did improve massively this past season I will volunteer. Really felt like the whole team witnessing how hard he fought to keep his job after screwing up early in the season….galvanized our whole team around him. After he got past that Giants game where he let on he wasn’t blocking out everything he said by the fans about his playcalling…he started to actually mature some there.

Yeah so terrible 2-2. Brand new O being constructed and first time ever trying it out. It’s just crazy to believe the entire I wasn’t mastered by every player by week one. No PS games. One joint practice. Hurts never took off the red don’t hit me jersey until Brazil. First series of the entire season backed up in our own endzone….Dickerson gets mauled back into Hurts so he can’t finish his throw….turns into an interception. Oh no!!!! Or are you strictly calling the record of 2-2. The Siri dumb playcall to ice the game to Saquan that Barkley dropped. Then the D shell shocked let them romp right down the field. Or are you talking about the 90 degree heat in TB where AJ, Smitty and Lane were all missing? Those two losses are what you are casing failure completely on? Please…weak sauce!

Everything you say here makes sense, but you have left out (1) the cost associated with the pattern of frequent turnovers, and (2) the fact that Lane Johnson and the Offensive Lone came forward with their suggestion (plea?) that the Moore Offensive scheme be modified to jettison its high risk pass-first focus in favor of a low risk run-first focus.

Is there a reason you have omitted that?

What is Big Dom’s title now? Both guys still doing exactly the same job as before.

Exactly! The Run Game Coordinator is coordinating the run-first Offensive scheme that was adopted during the Bye week.

You can't even recall your own posts?

Clearly you can’t still be going on about Saquan never being known as elite RB.

We started winning because we told Hurts to stop the "hero ball" BS, that he had 10 other guys on offense. "DO your job, no more than that"

All that matters is how it ends-period. Siri has NEVER had a losing season here. Not one. You are a Siri hater

This wasn't because we offered Bark an OLINE he never had in NY?

I guess I’ll just backtrack to whatever point you keep trying to force in here. Yes I agree our team has so very clearly invested the highest priorities towards monstrous run blocking Oline studs. Even behind Gmen terrible Oline coaches were stacking the box against him. He’s faced that his whole life…even in college I recall that was the situation. Nothing all the sudden Spags just figured out about the number two overall draft pick/OPoY/greatest rushing season ever RB. Pretty sure everybody…everywhere always understood this very very much the whole time.

In previous post you said bark DIDN'T face the boxes, so perhaps that was as typo and what I was posting about

We've ALWAYS been invested in this, even with mediocre RB's like your "special talent" Sanders, who crashed and burned when he left. Now we have an Oline AND a RB

Name an Eagles RB who had more success AFTER they left(I'll wait)

AJ reading the book … especially given the subject of the book … had a good tension defusing effect on the team. It is good to laugh and have a bit of fun, especially when that fun is at the expense of the talking heads of the media. Otherwise that game had the likelihood of becoming a "trap game” loss.

I’m not sure what No Mas is trying to even pin on me about that AJ book sideline situation. Only thing I’ve made points about is just how incredible character winners AJ, Smitty and Hurts are to go along with our O plan this past season. I really don’t believe any other team could have pulled this off. Josh Allen sure isn’t going to stop putting up big stats regardless of where it gets him. I’d say closest situation could possibly be what Harbaugh is attempting with Herbert and the Chargers. Unbelievable credit due to our three elite superstars for checking their egos and fame chasing for the good of the team. I also feel the need to credit HC Siri as being a unique HC that pulled it off. The relationship and character between those four made that approach happen for us.

I calling your assessment here completely wrong. Siri was running the O day one on the job. Failed so bad dogging a hole of 2-5 he was forced to step back and hand things over to Steichen. Once Steichen left…Siri took back control. There were leaks and rumors flying from every corner of knowledgable media and inside unnamed sources ….that it really was Siri. Johnson just took the fall without having any real power over much. Our O inn2023 whittled down to some key plays Steichen had working…but mostly our O became : Hurts escapes pressure to buy time for AJ and Smitty to get open deep. Wasn’t really much of any organized O at all. It was pretty strictly playmakers….go make big plays.

You ever heard what Siri believes is the number one factor between winning and losing? That’s right….big plays. Commanded that his D play to not give up those big plays. Then 2023 when Siri takes back control after Steichen’s departure….then you could best describe our O is going for making the big play O. Siri’s heavy fingerprints all over everything.

Then Moore was supposed to have total control of the O was the very clearly explained arrangement going into 2024. That lasted all up until the first presser Siri had after Moore was hired. He immediately started digging his way back into the O.

Siri believes in himself and that he’s the O guru.

Why do you think Moore ran from such a great O personnel SB winning team…to take the complete garbage HC job in New Orleans? Obviously because he wasn’t being allowed to run his O.

Who got hired to be OC then? Could be Siri’s right hand guy all along? But I’m sure you still believe Siri is completely hands off the O this whole time. Laughable!

During the two Steichen years Sirianni was the primary developer of the Offensive scheme … in conjunction with Steichen, and then Steichen was the person who called the plays from that scheme on game day.

The same was true in the one year of Johnson’s tenure as OC. Siri’s scheme and Johnson calling the plays on game day. Johnson was simply not strong enough or experienced enough to do the play calling as effectively as Steichen had. They recognized that they clearly needed a stronger and more experienced OC/play caller than Johnson was. They also recognized that the basic structure of one person devising the scheme and a second person calling the plays was a recipe for miscommunication and breakdowns.

Further, they realized that the 2023 collapse illuminated communication flaws in the team culture that needed to be addressed full time … and the correct person to address those was the Head Coach. So, for all those reasons Sirianni stepped away from devising the Offensive scheme, and Moore came up with a very different pass-first scheme than the RPO scheme Sirianni had implemented in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Any reference to the elite RB second overall draft pick not facing stacked boxes his entire college and pro career would have been obvious sarcasm

Great game plan, set them up perfectly. After the D kicked in on DeJeans pick 6,they had nothing. We took the game over, let Bark get his 2 YPC and burned the clock away, Let Hurts play relaxed with no pressure. Worked perfectly

I absolutely applaud fantastic D. Big to say Hurts was afforded to be relaxed with no pressure is completely wrong. He wasn’t getting help from our dominant RB like usual…worse than not getting help…he was digging our O consistently into holes being behind the sticks consistently the entire game. The whole O weight of pressure was completely placed on Hurts shoulders. Completely reliant on him to make it happen. Hurts just enabled you to feel that way because of how he handles the pressure of the biggest moments….he thrives!

Moore was saddled with Patullo to build the new scheme. This is known documented fact. Siri stated plain as day we were to keep all the things that have been working. Just add in Moore’s plays on to his own. A whole verbiage was to remain and be built off Siri’s. Moore did massive lifting all in one season. This was just one huge piece of his work.

Documented? Where? Link to your source?

You’re going to have to do your own research there. I’ve provided you with the info of it was publicly spoken of how things were done even. It’s all out there. I believe what will assist you the most with understanding the entire situation all along ….is just go listen to Siri speak. Feels like you’ve missed this whole part of his personality. He very much feels ownership of the O. He is very confident guy at that. Understanding Siri’s thinking about belief in himself running the O is really the main key you seem to have missed out on.

I tried reading some here….admit couldn’t read all that crap. You going with a fan theory…about secret pay? I mean I do believe he is getting paid well. Saints were desperate. Terrible terrible terrible job. That HC situation easily could result in killing any future possibilities at HC again. I will bend to meet you halfway on this…Saints are way overpaying him…but he also was running from the situation he ended up facing with Siri. He was supposed to be given complete control of the O …like Fangio has of the D. That definitely isn’t what occurred.

If Barkley keeps running the ball…never busting big gains at 3 yards a carry. What does that leave you with? I’ll tell you…since it’s not be being stupid here…. OBVIOUS PASSING SITUATIONS!

In the entire game how many obvious passing situations did the the Eagles face?

It wasn’t just Spags stacking the box to stop Barkley, but also emasculating the pass rush by playing the run first and only rushing the passer after practicing run D discipline. With AJ and DeVonta seeing one on one coverage, easy completions kept the Eagles out of 3rd and long situations for the most part.
