From my observations I don’t see them polishing Roseman’s balls. I see them reacting to your Roseman criticisms and your disrespectful refusal to use his proper name.

Yes what I’m saying. If only opinion going on is slurping up his team building of don’t prioritize S and LB…whole don’t pay a RB is just being gobbled up as the way….yeah he really smart and capable…and so many great positives…but his flaws been key holdups for us.

That’s why it comes off to Rosie can do no wrong thinker as me applauding him just stepping back delegating to the qualified top DC hired finally to do it….as some insult. It’s great! Insulting towards his entire past though I guess.

Pay the RB, get LB DBs …best coach going to command power. Just been frustrating if you’ve felt was about all he needed to do getting out of his own way holding us up. He as close as you could has just stated he was philosophically believing against doing these. Heck…at times near completely ignoring them even.

They aren’t holdups, they are trade offs. The defining characteristic of the sport is that your resources are constrained. You can’t prioritize every position. You have to blend your resource allocation. Further the more you succeed the more the NFL punishes you with low draft picks and Free Agency losses and much more difficult schedules. So you look at the assets on the board knowing that you are in a zero sum game.

Fantastic! Also just showing how what he was delibrately deciding was holding us back so much.

They have been holdups. If your top priority is building the team with these incredible massive run blocking Oline….then a RB can capitalize and touches the ball so often makes sense.
