May 21, 20251 yr Lurie stated Siri is an authentic coaching style. Also believe that really is a huge asset he brings. Good, bad, whatever….guys know he’s just being him. Now our players have learned how to deal with him also. 2023 grumblings and complaints. 2024 guys organized to come together in force to Siri and got the change done.

May 21, 20251 yr Siri approachable to the players. Some HC …probably most more like No Mas but Chipper. His way…no room for players voices…get with the program and don’t ask questions. Siri …compete some hoops versus his guys and genuinely involved in their personal lives.

Absolutely!Really so much just been going better and better really begin with Lurie. Been doing tons of things very well. Key I’m really getting behind is the changes finally occurring getting us so high now though. Some of those dead set ways Rosie believed in now finally throwing away just been my biggest complaints of what was holding us back. Him flagrantly ignoring Lb and S rooms in team building was killing me. The won’t pay a RB. The only hire puppet coaches over power and control. The Rosie clearest moments he dominated football evaluations on players. This is a list of weaknesses where he’s grown. Not an even grading about him as a whole. He’s been so knowledgeable and capable in so many areas of the job otherwise. Just not listing them all out which isn’t fair…but also is a long list itself also.
