Which really makes me so less understanding and accepting

See the parity isn’t true. Sounds great and all. But truth was kingmaker brings the largest returns financially. League very much was active in kingmaking. Not just about loving Brady or Mahomes….analytics prove large numbers hating the king also brings viewers. Old Yankees thing really.

It isn’t a Manichean reality. Financial returns come from multiple sources at the same time.

Don’t really know exactly what that means to anybody. But Jerry Jones was a revolutionary owner that raised that franchise to the highest of highs as far as recognition, importance and mostly flat out sales.

All true, but only transiently.

Did Fangio check with Dejean's agent to make sure it was OK? Asking for a friend🙄

Dude are you not hearing things? Fangio publicly went to the media to campaign for DeJean in the Slot. Negotiations behind closed doors clearly compromised the situation to be not Fangio sole decision here.

Fangio clearly said he wants DeJean in the Slot when whole situation became understood surrounding CB positional pay. Now Fangio stating DeJean going tj play outside CB…softened for him personally by adding in S also.

Clueless. Fangio went hard publicly for DeJean in the Slot. Now things so glaringly aren’t Fangio just getting his way. How could Fangio and DeJean actual practice be anything other than DeJean agent interference at work?

Yeah but the agent ...going to request him moving outside.

Which he is and did …against Fangio’s wishes.

So naive. So obviously reached a compromise. DeJean agent did exactly that. What a fool. Whole Eagles media all already pumping while situation of DeJean outside…moving inside for Nickle.

Any word on what conditions?

Yeah getting to that now thanks. Catching up

The Eagles pay people to figure all this out

Yeah and make mistakes. Also make great decisions based on being knowledgable about who most likely to he poached and such.

Good post. Regarding your yellow highlighted sentence, I agree 100%, and this year is going to be another year like the first two Mailata years, with Hinton and Williams and Pierce all being developmental Stoutland University OL we don’t want to lose.

We may find that the RB from Florida fits that too. I’ve been told you really liked Shady, and Johnson has al lot of Shady and Saquon characteristics. We may see Dillon go either to the Practice Squad or to the IR.

Speaking of IR (and your three bolded sentences) the rule change implemented vis-a-vis IR this year will help. Specifically, the 53-man cut off is actually really as much as 55 because two players can be put on IR before the final cuts and be eligible for reactivation during the season. In prior years a player put on IR during TC was on IR for the whole season, ineligible for reactivation. Dillon with his stinger is a very logical candidate for those IR spots 54 and 55.

Thanks good intel I’m glad you shared.

Last part about Dillon I totally disagree with however. Exactly not for him. Dean would fit perfectly as the example instead.

Since 2020, the bar Joe and I set(as we would for any QB) has become reality. Hurts matured last season. We saw the transition from BONEHEAD "street gambler" to calm/ controlled QB. All the things we were labeled "haters" for has been overcome. The growth was culminated last year. The stellar supporting cast is intact and I fully expect another SB run

All the things you glossed over as Siri flaws faulting Hurts for instead. Just brought in an experienced O coach really what did it all. He created an actual scheme for the O to execute.

Bar should he higher set for the actual HC. The complaints HurtsHating have proven out time and time again as just lacking coaching. Every moment we see coaching is provided Hurts has proven so very coachable.

Has nothing to do with you. It was my educated guess before actually knowing the real outcome.

No "need” but rather an "acknowledgment” that you chose to skip over a considerable number of posts. Even when I am behind I read every single post until I am caught up. That is just common courtesy to the other posters like yourself who are sharing their wisdom, their humor, and their questions.

I was exhorting you to do better.

Obviously I do read and consider most everything comes up here. But made a few comments first …then reading. Sorry if some times it isn’t exactly ideal and perfect.

To be determined. Yet still was a interesting scenario comparison to ponder.

"So my educated guessing was pretty spot on." It's the "I called it" syndrome

I’m sure it’s frustrating for you to feel so overwhelmed with examples of where I was correct leading to you dealing with Ham was right so often syndrome

Dillon may not even make the team. Let the young guys come up. I'm fine with him on IR(Dillon).

Agreed.

The 49ers situation at Edge is favorable for Huff getting quite a few snaps. The key will be how well he can set the edge in running plays.

In 2023 as a Jet under Saleh, Huff got 460 snaps out of 1,087 … a bit more than 40%

Saleh already knew and understood Huff was only one trick pony pass rusher

Huff won’t play run downs

Then if all that is true why wouldn't you be totally against him? The league was going to grow regardless of who was at the top. He pushes international games which take money away from Americans(USA) who have supported the NFL since time began. Figure out what vendors make, then multiply that by 6-7 games in foreign countries. That's alot of local money lost. Sorry, still not a fan of the man

See good business expanding the game is his job. Cheating and manipulating a bunch against us changes everything for me though.

Totally against him now. All Eagles fans should be without question
