But Steichen was the other proven decent O mind. But..,he was stuck using Siri scheme and following Siri one step decision making.

Siri O had no scheme. No rhyme or reasoning why to do things. So aren’t teaching a young QB things not provided from the coach who supplying the O. If Siri hadn’t ever thought this way about things? No way he could pass along missing ingredients with himself to a QB.
