Point here is surrounding Rosie and Pickett. All evidence totally showing Rosie would have taken Pickett in that draft…if Hurts didn’t accomplish the impossible in 2021.

If. If. If. If you had boobs you would be a she.

Third I find very significant. We won the trade. So clearly no other team bid higher than Rosie.

Did any other team bid?

But doubt there is much of any way to go back in time proving the exact market at that moment surrounding Pickett and QB alternate options. No idea how to find that. But clearly remember it was exactly the situation.

There absolutely is a way (1) look at the Free Agent QBs that year. They all signed for big bucks. (2) look at the backup QBs for all 32 teams and check their cost against the OverThe Cap list. Easy peasy. I’m about 99.4% sure you are too lazy to do it though.

Because DeJeans agent made him

Stop with the sarcasm … or at least put a /s at the end of your comment.

Said I liked Tanner as my guy

You and I share that opinion. But it is definitely an high risk opinion.

How would anybody find such an obscure moment in time on the Internet?

Good question. So there is no evidence that it ever happened. None. Aucun. Ninguno. Keiner.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Not sure why you don’t recollect any of this yourself. That’s the strange part.

Because it is a fantasy that resides in your brain, but not in reality.

See I wasn’t denying he had stress and room for development. But…labels by HurtsHaters about how he can’t do it….proved to be false….like every time.

Nobody said he CAN’T do it. They said he NEEDED to do it.

3rd round pick we paid. That part is easy to find on the internet

And when you find it you clearly see it was a SWAP of picks … a 3rd for a 4th, which nets out to a late 5th.

You really need to do better.

Outside CB makes twice as much than Slot CB NFL Market

Only if Jeff and Howie decide not to pay DeJean based on value received. Do you really think they are that stupid?

Was there a more impressive play in the Super Bowl than the Pick 6?

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Fields to Steelers I clearly telling you was one of the several. Look up that trade. Way less than a third we have for Pickett.

Fields cost $3 million. Pickett less than $2 million. Fields only had a one-year contract. Pickett had a two-year contract. Twice the return from Pickett. Pickett cost a late 5th Round pick and Fields cost a 6th that could have been a 4th with 51% of the snaps. Draft pick cost was comparable.

Any agent is going to point out and decide his DB client way better off outside than Slot financially. If all things otherwise are equal.

That agent is also going to talk to Howie and confirm that DeJean will be paid for value received.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

See it actually became a point made aware from some unknown source. Just random media became aware the huge pay difference between Slot and Outside.

You probably believe what you hear on Truth Social.

If you can’t even name the source it doesn’t exist.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

You haven’t even got the easy part to dig up right yet…we gave a 3rd rounder pick

No we did not.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Perfectly wrong. I was almost only sole believer in Hurts….every other fan but me pretty much. Media…Rosie himself…

Show me some evidence. If you can’t then you have confirmed that it is a fan base of one … you.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Entire Eagles nation understood this was the situation. I mean you are arguing against such obvious overwhelming opinions Birds media and fans had…plus Rosie who drafted Hurtseven.

Show me one quote that supports your position. You can’t because they don’t exist.

1 hour ago, GreenbleedinNC said:

Not buying. It was a surprise pick to all as we watched that draft. Howie saw something we didn't? Yet no you claim Howie wasn't a fan of him? Why would he select him in round 2 then?

Good question.

Ham, why did Howie select Hurts?

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Totally. I don’t question for a single moment Coop is confident in himself…and confident he can play outside. Which only opinion that matters driving this situation.

That is Fangio’s opinion.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

You’re lost…6th for Fiekds….3rd for Pickett. That’s easy to look up stuff. Unlike obscure moments in backup QB trade offseason.

But again you are failing to read the Pickett trade correctly … or you are choosing to lie about it. It was a pick swap.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

You can’t even realize I was the one fan saw it all in Hurts then. You just make up about me that I believed something back then you weren’t even around me to know about?

I have agreed you were one fan who saw Hurts potential. You had lots of company. Have you ever talked to @RememberTheKoy or @SkippyX ?

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

Didn’t I break it all down to you already?

No you did not. I am all ears.

Siri forced ATL to spend all their TOs. All setting up perfectly that third and three. Run the ball two straight downs was the call. Never cute to Saquan pass. Couldn’t worked and should have, sure.

Moore’s call to pass, not Sirianni’s

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

We run the ball for that first down and ice the game right there. No doubts.

Agreed, and those two plays were ones that Lane and the O-Line cited when they went to Stoutland to argue that Moore’s high-risk Offense was not leveraging the team’s or the players’ greatest strengths.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

But even if ATL stopped us. We would have left only 1 minute at their own 16. Down 3.,

Again, Moore was the play caller.

1 hour ago, cunninghamtheman said:

ATL O was weak. But our D was shocked…Saquan choked and dropped the easiest catch…game was over. Instead our D came out completely scrambled. ATL went down and scored that TD with such ease ..after not doing crap the whole rest of the game.

And none of that was the fault of Sirianni. The players failed to play.
