Think he ls a S

He a versatile DB same realm of Garner Johnson or Fitzpatrick for the Steelers can play S can also cover.

My guess would be Dejean starting next to Gardner, Mitchell opposite of Slay…. Maddox in the slot(though could drop Dejean or Johnson down bring Blank in also as the 3rd S)

Cutting/Trading Bradberry.

Let me pinch myself and wake up…two DBs to start this draft? This can’t be real. Traded up for the second one. Who’s in charge of this draft? What happened to Rosie?

The Eagles traded up in a deal with the Washington Commanders. Philadelphia receives pick Nos. 40 and 78 and dealt Nos. 50, 53 and 161.

Gave up 50 and 53 to move up to 40 though

next pick isn’t until 78 which we got back in the trade

But grabbed the guy many were targeting at 22

Made them an offer they couldn't refuse. Not like Howie really. So now we should look to trade bradberry

It was to take Dejean before the packers…. Washington just got nice return from us added more draft capital for themselves

See I could see DeJean maybe outside at CB. But not so much inside. Can totally see him at S. His weakness has been labeled as not having the quick fluid hips.

He played every slot in college even nickel and most scouts say the same thing

If we didnt trade with them they would have taken Dejean silly?

If Washington wanted him why would they trade the pick? Not only would they lose their player but they are making a division rival better.

Clearly didn’t seem like Dejean was their guy hence they trade out

How could we block the team that owned the pick?

No O line of any consequence now,we're looking at BU's in round 3

So they allowed us to make us better in the same division? it's because it was a great deal for them

Everywhere I read his only real weakness was not possessing fluidity in his hips. That’s the key trait needed to play the slot. Well talking about in pass coverage. No doubt he can play it in some degrees. Some Zone concepts and run situational….

An extra 2nd or getting my player and getting a player my divisional rival wanted????

Mmmm I don’t think our offer was that great to make Washington pass on a player they wanted and hand him to us

Be ideal to confuse the QB read by interchanging Ceedy Duce and Cooper DeJean flexing both S spots and slot.
