Interesting that all the top QB's were pocket passers which we DON'T have. None of the greats were running QB's. The 2 you mentioned,Manning,Brady, Favre etc. the two I mentioned included Steve Young

He clearly did more than enough to have been capable of winning a championship…unfortunately so much of the rest of the team’s ’supporting cast’ didn’t show up.

July 8, 20241 yr Interesting talk on 97.5 this morning... Love vs Hurts ...Goff vs Hurts. The " insider" was saying there are probably more than half the GMs who would take Love and a decent amount who would take Goff ( who has been to 3 NFC title games)

Well said, yep, exactly. But I'm just an "old rigid ways" hater
July 8, 20241 yr Author It's a pity Pete Carroll is languishing in Seattle as an "advisor". I really respected the defenses he put up and how he got the most out of seemingly "nobody" players on both sides of the ball. I assume he will land a HC gig next year or at least a DC job. The mans brain has lots of info to pick. They never seem to have many draft picks or high picks because the FO is clueless on how to manage the team

We know there won’t come a time you acknowledge any coaching flaws…except for when you wanted AR run out of town labeled by you as the Bronze Standard preferring Chip Kelly instead.
