Heck Hurts even threw TDs to OZ and Julio. Kind of showcases how important the role actually is. That our QB pretty much forced those guys to do something.

But right now he’s trying to develop as a returner…if he can catch the punts clean. Need him to show some durability. Try to get him involved almost like a scat RB …but a WR version. Think he has a ways to go to develop into legit third WR role.

I don't think Hurts has the field vision now decision making ability to make enough reads to involve them unless the play is specifically for them(1 read). This is what I want to see Hurts improve on. Slot should be read 3 or 4 depending

The slot guy needs to move the sticks who can occasionally take one to the house over the middle(see JJ). Thus the Ainias pick
