I mean... you actually think none of the GMs know the " stats" they haven't watched film for a guy who has played in the league as long as Reddick ? There is no guess now...not a college prospect.... seasoned vet to where they all made educated decisions. Happens all the time. That’s how we signed him for what we did in the first place. In fact after his high draft status you could say that’s pretty much been the story of his career. Teams don’t seem to want to pony up the large dough for him being undersized. Seems to me likes he’s proved the 32 teams wrong every season.

Being fresh with zero responbility to do anything but pass rush is an advantage. Give a pass rusher Sauce Gardner and a top D coverage behind him and really see what happens. In fact…I haven’t heard a single person state they thought Reddick wouldn’t get double digit sacks this season. Not one!  A bit different than the 31st best coverage guys behind you
July 26, 20241 yr Let’s just see what this year’s team can do. TC just started. At least get a peak at which players over and underperforming going into this season. Think we’ve already kind of hashed out some weak areas and depth concerns. Get a better feel once we can see a bit more from them. At least get some more rumors from media practice available people. I hate to bring it up…but almost always some injuries. So reality will force us to adapt and most likely make a move based on whatever happens to our players before the season starts hear.
July 26, 20241 yr We are installing new schemes on both sides of the ball. Let these coaches get a look at what they have to work with. Not on paper finally for them to judge. Some real weakness and holes will be identified. Then can go after getting what’s really really needed.

July 26, 20241 yr A real interesting potential trade candidate is Titans WR Burks. The guy they ended up drafting after AJ forced his way out to us.Â
July 26, 20241 yr A real interesting guy that could possibly be traded for is TJ Slayton. Packers are supposedly moving to a 4-3 from a 3-4. So they might be interested in moving their Nose. A position we clearly could use. This would make a ton of sense.
July 27, 20241 yr The 2020 draft has produced one BILLION in quarterback contracts… and counting: -Joe Burrow: Five years, $275M -Tua Tagovailoa: Four years, $212.4M -Justin Herbert: Five years, $262.5M -Jordan Love: Big deal incoming -Jalen Hurts: Five years, $255M

Lol.... the value of a player is what he can get. That's it...there is no " everyone is wrong" ...any job out there the value is whatever they can get.  Wonder why all these years he would think he is underpaid?  Must be a reason ALL 32 teams won't pay more.. in a league almost any decent player can get one team to give up the money?

Like Reddick...lol.  he is a pass rusher... 73.9 pass rushing grade.  Huff with a 86.8 pass rushing grade. But you want to pay Reddick 28 million?? For what? So he can play more snaps and make the same plays as Huff?  Meanwhile the other guys lose snaps and stats??Â
