After you catch the TD pass you left YAC on the field????

So what is the first job of a WR?

Didn’t say it was. But where do you see the job listing of TE Passer? Does it mean it doesn’t exist and can’t happen then?

You were all for doing what was best filling team needs getting the best guys out there at CB. You don’t see this applying along the Oline though.

The other 4 guys aren't moving.... we know that.  So why bring it up?    The Michigan kid would play RG if he starts...barring injury to Dickerson

Totally OFF the subject, veering into Hamityville again. Nothing to do with YAC

You were fine with the idea concerning our Secondary.

I expect the Michigan kid to be the RG at some point before the season starts.   If I had to wager on who starts at RG in the playoffs...it would be him

I meant before the season finishes.

YAY!!!! Now after that you have guys that have the TALENT to SEPARATE OR you have BIG guys that can go after jump balls OR you have guys who are big and strong who can fight off a tackle. That is the players talent and play call. of course they all try to get as many yards as possible, but there are no "specialists"

There is no job title of TE Passer and it happens. Just like there is no title of YAC Creator and it happens. Difference being there are 50 plays that a YAC Creation Specialist can perform potentially.

The fat dude from the Jets isn't going to last... either not being good enough or injuries.

He has size...what else?  Is he a student of the game?   Is he a hard worker?    Is he a winner?

Why would he start besides his size.   That's not going to last.

OH so executing a play and me getting WIDE open for the QB makes me a YAC specialist-got it

How about I'm just an excellent WR?

50 plays?  I'd like to hear them.

Screen.... end around... quick slant.   You take it from there to where it's not a version of those 3 things.

So what if you have players that don’t have those skills? you gotta scheme ways to get the ball in their hands to create.

This is all because your only desire is to try and argue making sure you can’t possibly understand it comprehend the discussion. Excellent WR is what we all want. Not every player is that…and can do all that takes for the job. So is there any ways scheming or playcalling we can get not excellent WR to produce for us? Are there a whole group of plays that can off balance and counter a D trying to defend our WRs downfield threats?

He’s pretty athletic for his enormous size…I’ll give him that

Right,we want an excellent WR,nothing to do with a YAC specialist because that position does not exist. Agreed

Wow a listing of you valuing intangibles in a player…where did that pop out from all of the sudden?

Hunh?   We have all pros in our secondary thar we are looking to move?

If anything I said Mitchell could play  nickel.... similar to the Michigan kid playing RG.

You seem stuck on pigeon holing these kids to a position.  Why?

Why can't the best units be Mitchell at nickel and Kid from Michigan at RG?

Its existed and been utilized for decades
