You are actually denying a GM and scouts rank players and look at talent available. Are very aware of available talent according to position to make up their team? Wow! This is just fundamental way of operating as a GM. You are missing it all.

The Master plan according to you....it's done by OTAs.   It needs to be done by then.

But…if you have gone through everything up to this point of the season without a GM addressing starting positions? That’s a roster shortcoming fault of the GM.

The Master plan needs to be completed by OTAs.....and the rookie day 3 pick needs to dress week 1.

I'm trying to tell you to f##$king relax with that... still a long way to go!  Brazil is just step 1 of a long journey.  

By the start of TC you should have a complete roster if the GM did a good job. Shouldn’t be scrambling for glaring needs at starting positions. Should only need to be scouring available additions to improve the team. Adjust things according to injury situations.

That's great... I'm saying there is more calendar time between now and the end of the season than when he was drafted.   4 months ago we were waiting for the draft...4 months from now is Xmas...how many regular season games still left to play?

With only one week off from football.  How many weeks off has there been from April 25th until now?   

And in addition...it's 4 months of real football vs weightlifting, drills and vanilla preseason schemes.  Development comes much faster now.
