Is there ever a reason to use my TE over a WR? It says WR or TE for that extra receiver spot.

It’s the flex spot usually allows a RB also but depends on the league and how they set it… Usually would say just go with the WE though unless you have an amazing Te duo like Kelce and Kittle(or Andrew’s).

Then yea I’d probably flex Kelce and start the other

a guy does get put on IR, then i can pick up any guy available? What if a guy just ****s?  Can i cut his butt and draft a new guy?

You have the ability to cut guys and add from the free agent pool of guys available in your league to replace them.

Adds to the chess game though of FF decisions that have to be made do you keep an injured player on your bench or risk him in FA by releasing him.

Example Justin Jefferson missed games last year not going to cut him so your forced to leave him On your bench until he returns.

Sounds good...let's give that master plan a rest until after the season.

Then they’ll come up with a new plan for next. Happens every year.

I understand the NFL wanting to grow the game by playing international games. The thing that irks me is the home city - Philly in this case - loses millions. Regular working people - restaurant/hotel workers etc. It would be difficult for other countries to play in the NFL if they had their own teams and flying all over the world. Maybe these countries could have their own teams and league play then somehow fit into the NFL playoff.

Like have a Europe league and a South American League with the winners earning a playoff spot.

Probably just didn’t seem all that smart at least not at the rate we used it for every little 3rd down or short yardage to risk the QB we paid in those plays.

Hopefully Moore leans away from the tush push only uses it in key situations late game need that TD or first down short yardage on makes sense….
1st qtr though no need for the play 3rd game of the year we don’t need to risk Hurts to get a first down

Jason Kelce each time they ran it yelled out "F my life!”

Philadelphia Eagles converted safety James Bradberry suffered a lower leg tendon injury during Wednesday's practice that is expected to sideline him for six to eight weeks, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

What about three teams in South America, two teams in Australia and one New Zealand team forming a league.

Agree....there will be a strategy for next year.   Still more strategy for this year.

Q is going to be number 27

Really... we need more time spent on Bradberry when we already know the answer?

Fake injury conspiracies? Hahaha

Paying him …so might as well keep rights to him and have him in a: break in case of emergency late season situation.

To keep the Bradberry intel rolling………

I’d expect he’s designated to return. Our third IR designation spot used already. With TE Okwegunam and WR Ainias

Or.... follow me here... he was never going to play anyway ... so they can do nothing with him and just bring up a PS S if needed.

Or... they have Bradberry as #5 safety anyway... behind Maddox and the young kid Mc....so he wasn't going to get into a game anyway.

This is why we just don't agree on what to get angry about.    with the new rules and PS guys being able to play ... " rostering: (lol with that term, very creative so I like it, not like the cutesy nicknames) ... rostering a 4th RB like Sermon or Penny... not a big deal... we had rostered guys not dress, plus a full practice squad... you really think a random guy that wasn't on the 70 man roster ... was going to jump the line and play in a game?     Yet the real issue of getting ZERO from a Boston Scott who dressed ... that doesn't bother you because he had 2 good games vs the Giants?

F#$5 Bradberry... they have plenty of DBs, the spot that he is holding is number 70... not number 53 or the game day # 47 or 48 whatever.

You notice we are still 3 short on the PS... why is that?  There must be rules we don't know about... who cares, not for us to know.  Might be we have zero on any IR list that is officially " designated for return"   who knows?

Time to start focusing on the starters and the real competition.  Not Bradberry.

I’m just pointing out and looking at the details and options ahead. We used up another designated return from IR spots. But really the area Bradberry would be most useful I’d argue would be covering TEs. Plenty of quality or more than at least capable TEs on the schedule and in the future here.  How good are are any of our other options at it though? Potential area of weakness for the team. I’m not overly worried about title or S or other positions as much as what can a player bring to the equation.

Run D and TE coverage….probably tackling overall. ….Look like the biggest areas to try and attack our D.

Oren Burks took his spot LB/ST

In the college schedule. There no teams in ANY country that can play NFL football. Please, were lucky to get Mailata. you think a foreign country can come up with 53 of the needed players?. Or maybe they can challenge the Grey cup winner in Canada

A team can have 8 players return from IR.  What makes you think Bradberry will be one of those guys?   Nothing used up yet until he would come off of IR.

We can trade him , cut him or keep him on IR....he doesn't have to be one of the guys we bring back from IR.
