He grew up and went to Williamstown HS where Im at. They love the local kids. Clement grew up 5 mins away from Williamstown in Glassboro. Williamstown always makes the state Championship in the group but never has any make it to the NFL so would be nice for him to make it. Actually, that is what McLane’s source says Peters is saying. The Roob editorialized it and Kempski fed the fire by playing up Pryor playing LT and Peters playing RG in practice the reporters got to see. If Peters has an issue, the Eagles and he are playing this out in private. No PS, you want Pryor and Mailata to get maximum reps at swing T. Prior has experience as a RG. I have the same answer to this as I had for the TO debacle. Teams don't get money back when players under perform. Jason Peters signed a contract to play for the Eagles - they signed him with the intention of him playing guard. JP didn't have any other offers - or at least none that he was interested in. Matt Pryor isn't asking for more money now that he is the starter. He may have / probably has incentives in his contract for playing time /starts etc. But he isn't asking for a new contract because the way this works is you play under your current contract and prove you are worthy - then parlay that into a new contract. JP knows he isn't getting a new contract so he's trying to force a pay raise now. Jason Peters is declining - he's not going to get better - he may not even be 2019 JP let alone 2007 - 2010 JP. Anyone arguing that the Eagles should just pay him and move him to LT to protect Wentz isn't seeing the big picture. I think it's 50/50 that it's the worst thing they could do. You're looking at what JP was, not what he is. JP is looking at what he was and not what he is.
