I mentioned it before the playoffs. They’ve somehow were dead last 4 out the last 5 years. And the one year they weren’t they were still bottom three. It is actually impressive to be as bad as they are for five consecutive seasons, and then also make the playoffs this year being that bad.

I think it stems from two things, they need a true number one center. It would help immensely. I also think they could use Martone and Michkov to continue to grow so that you can use them there and they can flourish on the power-play.

Not for very long. Like vladar but he’s given up 2 horrible goals in the last 2 games. This one less of his fault but still. That’s vintage flyers giving up goals that have no business being goals.

Since game 3 when he hurt his arm. Frankly even in some of his saves they are shakey. Doesn’t help we consistently can’t get the puck out of our zone.

The arm he hurt was his stick hand. Could it still affect his other hand? I guess.

Tbh i just don’t think he’s healthy. He hasn’t looked nearly as fresh and on point since then.

Probably not. Flyers probably lose tonight but throttle them in game 6

Never seen an NHL team struggle to clear the puck as much as the Flyers do game after game.

Tbh it has been an issue dating back to last time they were in the playoffs in 2020

Flyers only have 15 shots on net because the other 35 went wide. This team has to hit the net

Yeah, it seems every time they shoot its either right at their goalie or 30 feet high or wide.

Maybe they need to work on shooting accuracy next practice.

Flyers lose this game because they couldn’t get the puck on net. I don’t know how much of that has to do with the Pens defense but this is ridiculous. The better scoring chances we had were wide of the net and the shots on net were easy saves. That and Vladar needs a new glove

The pens also had the extremely fluky goal. Their luck can only go so far, theyre going to get obliterated next game
