If Cole Payton has a weak arm I watched the wrong video. He has a weird Rivers like throwing motion but he was chucking some bombs.

Big Dom front and center as the most important cog in our organization.

hes a historic athlete at the DT who has good too

I like the Bernard pick for some reason...hopefully he is hardworker, Vic could love the guy

Interesting - seems to call out play-calling / sequencing as the primary problem with the O last year. So Patullo.

DAL will likely have 8, possibly 9, new defensive starters over who they started last year in the opening game. It’s going to be interesting to see how this works out but it can’t be worse than last year…or could it?

We can sure hope so!!

Very underwhelming draft. I can't think of one player that I'm all that excited about. Did we get a monkey to throw darts at a board then pick that player?

It's Howie Roseman Time!

Hope he has a good draft.

I agree. Maybe the wurst draft ever. Total baloney. What sort of hotdog made these picks?

I legitimately would have passed out from shock if Stowers wasn’t your favorite pick from this class. He might have been the most E45 coded player in the draft.

Yay another LJ smith not a real TE instead of a witten

Using how the draft unfolded with 20/20 hindsight and ignoring inconveniences like butterfly effect. What would’ve you done?

I might have done Thieneman, Jacas, Delp… But that path doesn’t lead to a premium WR prospect, ignores to some degree the Greenard trade and really precludes bringing in a OT project of any interest. 🤷‍♂️

Draft seems fine. I’m not in love with any of the players but I wasn’t going into the draft. I’d have preferred a safety early with the two options there but they weren’t going to do that. As always we’ll see what happens. I’m eager for the season. I think this is a good team

Kinda wild that this haul was their plan pre-draft.

The D is improved with CB2 and an actual high tier edge rusher. Safety is a question, but overall the D is improved. Thats big.

The offense can be. We just dont know what its gonna look like yet. How are these new guys incorporated, how is the OC, and how does the QB play? We can only get these answers once the season starts so, lets go. Cant get here soon enough.

Its poor value, and mostly underwhelming.

Value aside, Boerkircher and Regis are good.

I like Huskey, Wesley Williams, and Josh Cameron.

Koziol as your second TE selection is fine.

But those players on my 2nd and 3rd line dont get you excited over a draft class. Its a lot of average, maybe theyll be good, maybe not.

World is definitely bad. They can already cut him.

damn edit... I thought of world instead of Pregnon. that might be ok.

I’d add to the O questions/hopes. Is the running game improved? We have the RBs. Do Dickerson and Jurgens look like 2024 or 2025? And yes does the OC bring a more innovative running scheme?

He is a truly BAD blocker. Like, comically bad. On top of that, I don't think he has the frame to get into the 255 pound range to ever be an in-line blocker.

If he can be mediocre blocking on the move, I'd be happy. Crack some guys from motion, hit a guy on a WR screen when lined up in a bunch formation. That kind of thing.

Yup. Hell just keep your eyes up and get in the way

I think priority number 1 in the run game is make sure Barkley isn’t consistently getting hit behind the line of scrimmage.

Pregnon only good pick

But what GM is going to get up there and say” we missed on almost all our guys. Really got outdone by other teams…”

In 1806 they stole his horse and buggy.

Overall I like the draft. Knew it would be offense heavy but not quite this much.

A lot of teams seem really high on Lemon so I’m optimistic he becomes a consistent 1,000 yard receiver. None of the WRs in round 1 really wow’ed me. I think I liked Cooper a little more but we’ll see.

I thought they’d go for a a guy like Stribling, Bell, or Boston in round 2 and take a RT in round 1.

My biggest mystery is how high is ceiling for Bell? Having that mammoth be the future RT would be a huge asset.

I’m meh on the Stowers pick. Is he Ertz or LJ Smith?

Watched Cole Payton highlights and saw a million catches by Trey Lance's brother. Seems like a good WR rspoect
