Some evidence to refresh your memory then:

I'll tell you this, I find the board search/spam timer annoying for research, so feel free to do more on your own.

I have no memory of this post so it doesn't count.

I dont believe she had sexual relations with that man. Look at him.

He's already retracted the lawsuit in order to make corrections so that's not good that it was filed with factual inaccuracies. It wouldn't surprise me if he fabricated as some sort of delusional fantasy that explained why she was more successful than him. he The fact that he's goofy looking in that picture doesn't mean much because people are crazy. There are short time lines for filing these lawsuits but I can't imagine that an attorney would file the suit without what he thought was evidence of the allegations.

He also played college soccer at Rutgers:

The attorney only took the case because they wanted to see the video evidence of the cannons.

The memes for this have surpassed the Russini/Vrabel situation.

I mean otherwise what's the point.

I see a lot of very accurate posts there.

If by accurate you mean:

Kyle Schwarber with the Platinum Sombrero tonight! The Phillies are definitely not an easy team to cheer for.

Many in the Blog want you to memory hole this picture.

Not a bad top ten. Although not sure about putting Greenard at 5 until I see him actually playing on this team. I'd drop him to like 7-8 right now while moving everyone between 5-8 up spot(s) while dropping Greenard.

For offense I would go:

  1. Jalen Hurts

  2. Devonta Smith

  3. Lane Johnson

  4. Saquon Barkley

  5. Jordan Mailata

  6. Dallas Goedert

  7. Tank Bigsby

  8. Landon Dickerson

  9. Tyler Steen

  10. Cam Jurgens

We will see how the rookies do but you would certainly hope that Makai Lemon and Stowers can crack that top 10 on offense.

Dak missed half the season in 2024 with the hamstring injury. During that stretch he's played 8 less games. That's why he's behind on yards. As much as I want Dak to look horrible, he actually played pretty well last year. Thankfully, Dallas is a dysfunctional organization.

Too soon. His posts would be more valuable if he waits till 2028 to post them.

If you are going to write a garbage hype piece about Hurts, can you at least be factual about the Super Bowl he played in and won the MVP?

The Eagles didn't even play in LIII.

By the same token, we can scratch 60% of your in-season posts now that the draft is passed. I realize you like to stir the pot to annoy folk like me.

BTW, the show Snake Eyes co- stars Andrew Koji who was so good in Warrior.

You obviously never worked on my side of the bar. We insured employment practices liability as one of our offerings. We saw a lot of these types of lawsuits. The most appropriate way to pursue is an EEOC complaint first. They will even prosecute if they find evidence of a pattern. Now a lot of these suits are he said/she said arguments but there is usually some support for the behavior having occurred if the suit has legs. But we saw a lot of suits where it was a disgruntled former employee or a slouch fired for cause trying to retaliate against the employer. You wouldn’t believe how many suits I have seen over the years where the plaintiff’s version is pure fabrication. Or filed with the hope of discovery producing some evidence. (A lot of these suits latter.). I hate to tell you this but not all personal injury attorneys (and some defendants and their attorneys) are as honest as you. If only lawyers (and doctors) were disciplined by someone other than lawyers (and doctors) like the rest of us.

Texas, as part of its tort reform, reversed the burden on some summary judgment motions where the defense early on can file a summary judgement on lack of evidence. The typical response early to these was "just let me have discovery” which was unsuccessful on the motion because it demonstrates the plaintiff has no evidence to support the filing.

You and I have had DM sidebars over the years and we shouldn’t drag the blog into this. I think long ago we agreed there are bad actors on both sides of the bar. I will be the first to admit that I approach a lot of litigation with a bit of skepticism. We all should as the burden of proof is on the plaintiff. I honestly can’t say what happened in this incident, but this doesn’t look good. Of course, what was presented by the defendants in the media may be as flawed as what was presented by the plaintiff.

I believe my posts are most valuable in the moment. I dont stir any pots though.

Ill have to check out Snake Eyes.

Thinking about the international pathway players. How did they determine the positions for each player?

Why is Bernard a DT instead of a supersized edge rusher with elite athleticism? With his speed, explosion and long arms, couldn’t he be a helluva edge who wins with speed and power? Is DT easier to learn than edge?

The other guy is a former rugby player that was signed as an edge. I thought maybe he’d make a good tight end prospect, but Zierlein probably made a good case for edge in his write up: "He was very fluid in his workout, with loose hips and quick feet. He’s a natural bender with excellent speed and rare explosiveness in his hips.”
