TIME. in the NFL...especially for one damn game in week 17...except it happens at 1pm in front of about 5 households on TV. The Eagles had the completely unprecedented misfortune of doing it on prime time with playoff implications for the largest market in the NFL on the line. I'm sure the NFL is livid about it. I think it is long last time that owners got on board with ,asking strategic decisions that are to the short and long term benefit of their teams. The Giants lost this game and the division last year, when they won a worthless and utterly meaningless game against the Redskins and handed them Chase Young. They can look back to that day and remember how important that win was for their franchise. As they watch rhthe Skins celebrate a division title and home playoff game this year.
