I used to vent at Customer Service representatives when their answers made no sense. What I found was that the process of venting only accomplished two things. It raised my own anger level and it raised my blood pressure. When I stopped venting my stress levels decreased substantially and my happiness level increased substantially.
September 21Sep 21 I didn’t realize until watching the touchdown that won the game again, Smith actually slipped and falls.

That was really his bigger issue that he couldn’t consistently stay healthy til his last year with the jets. Last year he was the worst run blocking guard in the league according to PFF. Overall a 35.7 grade. So he wasn’t just bad he was awful. There’s a reason why nobody signed him. So not only was he bad but has off the field issuesThis isn’t don’t bring him in. This is I would put him on the practice squad, and see what he looks like. However, I think it’s a stretch that people believe he’s just gonna look like 2024 or that he will just be the solution because he played here before and he was good that year. That’s called an outlier to what his career has shown. It absolutely kills me to see Jurgens flailing atound and playing matador style OL. Yeah, Becton isnt perfect and there are issues but he seemed to flourish here for whatever reason (Stout, teamates, culture). Unless he doesn't want to be here for baby mama reasons, I don't really see the risk in signing him to, at least, the practice squad. It isn’t the most flashy thing but line play has really become a focus for me and, right now, those dudes aren't cutting it. I like winning in the trenches and I havent seen that thus far

Not on Mannion and not on Hurts. Steen and Lane were the culprits. The second 3 and out was straight forward poor execution.Sandwiched in between those two series was the 58 yard Field Goal

September 21Sep 21 One thing I absolutely love about the Mannion offense is that they're getting to the line with 10-15 seconds left on the play clock, and more often it's around 15. Seemingly gone are the days of them rushing to the line with 5 seconds left.
September 21Sep 21 Andy got pass happy again with Patrick throwing 47 times, lol. But K9 still had his touches and yards. Both teams with escapes today. Eagles 2-0, Chiefs 2-0. The Trilogy Ship has set sail, lol.

He's never going to make the same plays that Nakobe makes and maybe Nakobe is better overall but Campbell does a lot of good things out there and does some things that Nakobe can't do. He's a good player.

Saquon dances a little too much at times and with this OL they need someone who will just hit it and get nasty. For me it is pretty simple. Running Tank say 7-9 times a game takes a load off of Saquon extending his career and keeping him fresh during the year. I don't see any downside to using Tank during a couple drives a game.

Hopefully by week 6, 7, 8... this will be a juggernaut.Only two games in but Hurts has made progress. So far, he has answered every time he has been forced to make a structural improvement. First it was his footwork and the need to say in the pocket and now it is adjusting to no AJ and actually learning to be successful spreading the ball around and throwing over the middle. Long way to go but so far so good.

But if they did I would move Kendall to guard and Lampkin to center. Lampkin seems more like a natural center than guard to me plus I don't want him face-to-face with guys like Simmons, Williams, Jones and other very big DTs.
September 21Sep 21 Some random thoughts:I've watched the NFL since the early 70s and I'm starting to thing Devonta is the greatest sideline receiver of all time. There are lots of others like CCarter, FBiletnikoff, ABrown, etc. but I think Devonta is starting to stake his claim as #1. He's done it so well and for long enough now to enter the discussion in a serious way.Campbell can't blitz like Dean and he isn't as good at stepping into the hole and shutting down an RB (he did do this once or twice today) but he is still very good and especially when it comes to coverage of backs and TEs coming out of the backfield. Yes, we will miss what Dean brings to the table but Campbell will do lots of good things.Hurts definitely had his best game in terms of reading the D, spreading the ball around, and hitting guys in stride on passes over the middle. The first pick was a horrible throw and really was the reason the game was in doubt but other than that Hurts was really good. The 2nd pick wasn't really that bad given the context even though it was a bit under thrown. The DB made a great play. The heat very likely affected the DL again. Those Bulldog lads size works against them in those situations and it didn't help to have Greenard out again. I think they were gassed again. No need to state the obvious but the success of the season will come down to the OL improving. They looked a bit better with Dickerson removed but didn't get much push in the run game. Tank should definitely be used as a battering ram to help here until they start opening holes.Q was beaten a few times yesterday. More than normal. Coop and Riq looked good.Really needed to get the two Ws early and we got the job done. Sets up the possibility of gliding thru the first 10 games with a solid record and then aiming to build over the 2nd half of the year. The OL/rungame and then the DL will need to start to win battles.

At least get him some action.

Lampkin defies odds and I’m willing to see what he’s got. You also have Morris who’s more traditional size. They just can’t keep riding Jurgens to the bottom tho I suspect they try the same lineup once more

He acted like his leg was just blown off by a mortar. The man paints his fingernails
September 21Sep 21 Really like the breakdowns people post of Mannion’s offense and play deigns. Guys open a lot vs what we are use to. Plus creative routes that use all of the field. If they can ever figure out how to block anyone (especially in the run game) it should be exciting to watch the offense start to click.

He's not explosive or a matchup problem, but the hand criticisms have been non-existent and he's been outstanding at settling into soft spots in the zone and getting after the football with strong catches. From what I've seen he is a matchup problem, he has quicks.
