September 26Sep 26 For some reason the line moved from either -5.5 or -4.5 to -3.5 Eagles. Kinda odd because I doubt Bagent causes that swing

September 26Sep 26 @mattwill Eagles 17 bears 20Bears dominate TOP on the backs of a 200+ yard total rushing performance. Eagles offense continues their 3rd quarter ineptitude
September 26Sep 26 Bagent hasn't started a game since 2023 so if he plays it will have been a while. Neither him or Keenum are any good. If either hurt the Eagles defense, then that's a defense problem and would be concerning. If they stop the run it shouldn't matter. I still lean Keenum starting since he's practiced and the risk to rushing Bagent back that soon, but it will depend on how much better they view Bagent. I doubt it's much.
September 26Sep 26 I can’t image they play Bagent having not practiced Mon-FriAnd when we whoop them that’ll probably be excuse #1 if they do

September 26Sep 26 Isn't too much to go by with only 24 snaps at safety last year. But he did start to play position last year with a new DC and I'm sure had practice reps there. One thing that stands out regardless, is the guy is not afraid to get in there and tackle. Just has a nose for the ball. Think Fangio will find a nice role for him pretty fast. Ultimately, he can complement Makuba's strengths back there. Also, FTR, Moore played safety at college in his senior year. Position Change: He played cornerback during his first three seasons (2013–2015) before moving to safety for his senior year in 2016.Senior Success: At safety, he led his team in tackles, interceptions (five), and pass breakups, earning AFCA All-America honors.

I can't quote you any real stats, just that he is not bad at all watching him play. Keenum is the Bears version of Dalton except the Bears are smart enough to keep him at #3. I look at the Eagles defense and see, compared to 2025 that #2 CB is significantly better. But Dean is better than Campbell and Reed with his issues is still better than Epps. Greenard was supposed to replace Phillips but has been a no-show. So I don't trust the defense. The Eagles haven't proven they can stop the run, Carter is hindered with that cast and the Bears are the #1 rushing team in the league.
September 26Sep 26 Heavy doom and gloom in here for a team that is likely playing an Andy Dalton type 3rd stringer in Keenum. Also 38 and last played in 2023. Should tear him apart. Average concussion for QB return is 9 days and usually a missed game. Doubt Bagent plays. Fangio should sell out to play the run and make these stiffs beat them with their arm. Only scored 3 points last week. Can't see them scoring more than 17 points. Even on a bad day.

Vic's defenses always look off the first few weeks. It will be fine.

With a backup who is returning from a concussion, they will likely play it pretty conservatively. Will try to keep it tight, but it will eventually get away from them and the defense will start feasting.Other factor here is revenge from last year's game. Think Eagles will be playing pretty spirited football. I don't see a letdown here on MNF.
