You think just anyone off the street can recite motivational speeches written by chatgpt word for word?

He doesn't go into press conferences thinking about what will piss fans off. He goes into press conferences thinking what do I have to say to get my players to respond to me. He did the same thing last year taking the fall for the stuff in the Packers game.

What he says in a press conference doesn't matter. I promise he knows they screwed it up. Now whether he can coach the players well enough so they don't do it again is another story, but I can promise that he doesn't think they ran the end of the game well. He's not that much of a moron.

Do we?

Actually, in 7 seconds. 8 seconds is game over.

This is usually because it's been awhile ok!

I do think its encouraging to see the quick game development show a little. Hurts got the ball out quick to mitigate the blitz a bit. The offense has put up a solid performance in the 1st half, but the 2nd half is so so bad.

Hurts was 11/16 122 yards with 1 TD in the 1st half against the Jags, and 10/18 83 yards with 2 TDs in the 1st half against the Rams. Zero interceptions in both 1st halfs. This team needs to get the run game going.

Do you guys think the Carolina Hurricanes social media intern knew the Panthers were coming to Philly this weekend?

If so, much respect, that's bold.

If not, they just wrote a check that their arse can't cash.

Anyone debating whether or not Sirianni FUCTED up royally by not kicking it into the end zone is a moron. Jacksonville gets ONE play from the 35 if they do. 8 seconds if not enough time to throw the ball 15-20 yards down the middle of the field and spike the ball, setting up a 63-68 yard FG attempt. You guard the side lines and there is no time for a cheap 10-15 yard out and get out of bounds. Even so BEST CASE that sets up a 70ish yard FG attempt. Lawrence probably doesn't reach the end zone on a hail marry where his drop back makes it about a 70 yard throw. The game is over if they just kick it into the end zone, period. Sirianni is a dope and thought the game was already over. He FUCTED around and found out.

You can also get a late hit, a pass interference call or just a straight up completion where Parker Washington Mosses the DB again.

The Jags needed a 45-50 yard return with a running start to take up exactly 7 seconds and were fortunate the defender tackled him straight down and didn’t have any kind of struggle. How many 50 yard returns have we given up under Clay?

I know I'm going to pay for this but whatever. Serious question, is there anyone left who actually thinks that Nick Sirianni is a good NFL head coach and please explain to me what it is that he does well and don't bring up "culture" because this isn't a HS or college team and everything that happened with AJ Brown the last two years disproves that he built some magical culture for the team.

Very late to vent my frustration.

Hurts can't miss that easy TD throw. He just can't.
Sirianni can't allow the kick to land short of the goal line. And all those reports about how the Eagles found something with the kickoff and the holder on the kickoff... I think we can put that to rest now. They found NOTHING. Gave up a TD on the opening kickoff, fortunately, the TD was called back because of the penalties... and then the final kickoff ends up being the deciding play, after bonehead move and bonehead move by Coen. He wanted to give the game away, and the Eagles just wouldn't take it. Sirianni needed to order the ball go into the end zone... through the uprights even better. And trust that the defense can put a shell around the sidelines and over the top and not allow a player to catch the ball along the side lines and get out of bounds in under 8 seconds. Just horrific decision making by Sirianni... but there's not much new there.

I actually thought his missed deep connection to Wicks was his second best play of the entire day, after the deep TD to Cooper.

Quick read, quick decision...shocked he managed to get enough on it off balance with a rusher in his face to actually very slightly overthrow Cooper. If Devonta were playing, that a TD.

One thing is speculation one thing happened earlier in the game, gee I don’t know what’s the right call there.

His best play of the game was the throw to Wicks on a third down vs the blitz.

You gotta stop giving credit to Hurts for airmailing a pass to a WR open by 15 yards for a walk-in TD.

When are you gonna ask the serious question?

Nonsense for obvious reasons.

So they didn’t give a big run back in earlier in the game that’s nonsense. OK the stupidity of people is laughable.

Indeed. I respect the hustle.

You want to ignore that it was aided by a called penalty, knock yourself out.

Tom Coughlin at least told his punter to not kick it to Jackson and the player screwed up. Jake was probably like you want me to do what???

"Theirs not to make reply, theirs not to question why, theirs but to do and die." Football players, if they want to continue to be football players, follow orders, without question, and trust in the coaches to know better.

Yes. How many that day?

I'd say so. Even an 8 year old knows it's better to kick a FG with time expiring than with time left on the clock. I think he realizes it's a tenuous situation right now, when you're losing a locker room can very easily fall apart at any moment and he didn't want to say anything that players would perceive as him blaming them.

Pretty sure that hold did not assist the run back, but if you have video of it otherwise please post it

By the end of the day...

2. Not hard to remember how many. They were pretty significant.

I’m not sure he’s ever actually learning lessons from his coaching mistakes. That’s the point. He might know that today while talking at a podium. Will he remember this lesson when the game clock is running?

If you have video that tells me it didn’t, please post it.

By the way, we kicked it to the other guy this time.
