If that’s the case the clots in his lung could have been there the whole time?I find it hard to believe the staff was this negligent, that’s losing your license type of stuff.Takes a lot worse than that to lose a license. If missing something and making a mistake drops a license, there wouldn’t be many practicing docs out there.

Imo i think they might be keeping him out longer to try and prevent another injury and wear and tear.I also wouldn’t be entirely shocked with baun as he has 1 year left after this year but i also don’t think they can due to contract.I hope we keep Baun unless we can get something great in return

And providing answers to problems. He is stumped if it isn't time to call a Tush Push on 4th & 1. Which now renders him useless since there are no 4th and 1's anymore or a good OL. He's now a bad CEO coach. That's the problem. I can't remember a game where he made great adjustments in the passing game to fool anyone. His idea was to run the ball and keep the turnovers down, but no real scheme or strategy when that doesn't work.

58 minutes ago58 min Things I want to see the rest of the season to evaluate some of these young/replacement guys:McKee with a healthier roster and full practice prep time. I don't know if they would re-sign him as a stop gap while they draft a QB. But even if not, if he plays well it helps both parties because it would raise his value in the free agent market and could potentially help with a comp pick (I don't know those formulas, would they get a late comp pick for him at all?)O line: let the young guys play, we just need to see them through the season to fully evaluate, sink or swim. If any of the replacements will be starters next year, the starting experience this year is very valuable. Bell and Kendall are the most intriguing, they could both be starters next year. If not, then they will be great backups for depth who have starting experience. Dickerson I'm sorry, I respect the hell out of him but injury wise and with the team's current state it's not worth further injury to him, or harming the team if he's not really able. Bow out gracefully, he was a beast and warrior and won a championship. Whether he retires or is cut and goes elsewhere, much respect but it's time to move on. Young RBs: Whenever guys get healthy, would love to see more of Tank and others, and it's hard to evaluate any QB when you have a practice squad guy in there at RB and the O line has issues. I assume Barkley won't be back next season, so let's roll with the young guys. If Barkley healthy, play him and increase his value in a trade but sparingly so you mix in the other guys.Stowers: Just put Stowers out there and see what he can do, even if it's bad at first let there be growing pains. Let's see what we have in the 2nd round pick. The other backup TEs all suck anyway.

I don't really see this as logical, but people are allowed to feel how they want I guess.

I don't trust his instincts in that department. Which renders him useless. He can be replaced in a heartbeat by thousands of applicants out there who can apply for that role.

People need to grow up or log off.Okay old man.Jokes half aside, I agree that people have become too soft, but that doesn't mean suddenly you can't be fired for anything you say. Even long before 'cancel culture', people got fired for things they said that made their company look bad. It's a result of companies caring about how people who represent them could theoretically (key word theoretically) affect customer/client response. If you represent an organization, then the things you say and do have an affect on how the organization is seen. The people who attribute all of this to "cancel culture" either haven't had a job where their opinion matters, or are anti-responsibility. There's a middle ground between 'everyone says whatever they want without repercussions ever' and 'cancel culture'.

As if there was a new team this same group would be scoring 30 ppg.The reality is everything is a problem right now, including the OL. These people just want to live in denial like they did last year so when the Eagles hire a new coach they can talk themselves into the same personnel being great the next season. They did that last year, they changed OCs. How's that working out, Jonny?People see a few bad plays on film and are ready to anoint the scheme a disaster. (This isn't a defense of our scheme, it does suck) But yeah, film guys on twitter think they know way more than they do.
49 minutes ago49 min Not eagles related but can i say the NFL as a product this year has been very bad football. There’s more mediocre and bad going on every Sunday than good. The bills are the perfect example of this. Offense is good. Very very good. but their defense is atrocious. Yet they are one of the best teams in the league.
49 minutes ago49 min Let's also be clear about the ripple effects for the future:Hurts - this all but guaranteed he will be here as the starter in 2027, unless he demands out (which I think is highly unlikely). The only way to move him financially is as a post June 1 trade this offseason, but since he won't play again this season and wasn't lighting it up, not sure there will be bidders. We currently have ~$40mm in cap space per Spotrac, and that would shrink if we start selling off players at the deadline potentially. We might get a ~$15mm cap credit from insurance on Hurts. Still, cutting him post June 1 costs an extra $10.6mm in 2027 cap and creates $54.5mm in 2028 dead cap. Not to mention - it's a PR DEBACLE if we cut him after this. I don't see any extension happening, but he's the week 1 starter if healthy.Sirianni - I think this helps his case to stay, assuming the team doesn't just quit on him. Hard to can the guy with all these injuries and his history. I'd like to move on, but not sure Howie and Jeff will do it unless the team collapses and it's clear guys are mailing it in.Mannion - If we don't see real improvement, not sure how you can bring him back. He's in way over his head.Kuper - Should be fired today FFS.
