Yet, he gobbled up all the unnamed anonymous sources trashing Hurts when it's pretty obvious it was Patullo and AJ Brown, disgruntled guys no longer here.

But if I’m an NFL player and I see what just went down, it makes me wonder about whether or not I want to play for that organization as do they care more about winning then my overall health. We can say what they want that they are a good organization and they win but this is more than football and about a players long term future and his life. Pointing out it isn’t good optically they also just traded Cam Jurgens away when he was diagnosed with a concussion and has yet to play for the ravens yet. I’m not saying you don’t do that trade, but it’s optically a bad look that you traded away a guy with a concussion and now you have this story coming out. And then you have the Maragos story from years ago that’s gonna get played out. Plus then you have the lane Johnson story with Howie that happened in 2018. That’s also gonna be played out. It’s a bad look all around. The Eagles and doctors put themselves in a bad spot regardless of what the full story is. PR on this is awful and most people go with the first piece of news they see not the follow ups.Yeah, that makes sense. The only thing is they have built up a lot of good will over the years, but it's not ideal and there is some history that you mentioned. Guess we'll see where the dust settles and how it plays out with Hurts. If he demands to be traded that's going to toss more gas on it.

It’s not their skill set. That’s radiology and/or vascular surgeon (or AI).They are relying on a report provided to them by one of those entities. And the eagles, to my knowledge, don’t employ any of those types of docs.So there could be some external error that was introduced into their medical staff. At this point, I’d say the most likely scenario is that the ultrasound was not interpreted correctly. He wouldn’t have played with a known DVT, but I’d bet that’s what he actually had.But why did they allow him to play with no sleep?

Jason Avant said the same exact thing in the post game yesterday. The offensive line is not gonna be 2024 Eagles. However, the Philadelphia Eagles schematically is a major issue whether or not people want to believe it. avant went into detail about it with plays right after the post game. And he’s been saying it for weeks. Clearly, there is a player personnel issue. However, coaches not making the proper adjustments and tweaks to their scheme to fit. Their personnel is also a problem. This is why I’ve said there are multiple problems going on. It wasn’t just Jalen hurts. It wasn’t just Nick Sirianni. It wasn’t just the personnel. It was all of them in combination with each other.

The testing was most likely done in a London medical facility and, as you said, interpreted by their staff. We'll have to wait to hear the details. The rush to blame the Eagles medical staff and suggest bad blood/lawsuits is imo premature.

He's seen them throw Dickerson and Jurgens out there injured and must be frustrated at the way this was handled. When a reporter asked him about why he was late coming out of the tunnel in the London game he said he was getting treatment and wouldn't say more and seemed annoyed.

I don’t think we’ll hear any of that until the season is over. But I’m very curious to hear what he saysThat said if I’m an Eagles player, I’m not going to the team doctor without going to see my personal doctor as well. Because my doctor isn’t dependent on me going out there playing a game and making them money and winning football games.

Was that them or was that something Hurts decided to do if he wanted to play? The sleep thing sounds bad, and it is, but there was a lot going on and it all happened in a short period of time. Again, this is bad but there is a also a ton of speculation and freaking out going on. I'm curious to see what ends up actually being true. This is also a big story and reporters are fighting for clicks.

Imo this year was really they are going all in for a SB. If they won i totally could see Stafford, Donald and even mcvey retire and they have a rebuild

These people arrive after waiting however long for the next available opening and they present with all signs of possible DVT that primary care never should have missed. We have a bunch of doctors using ultrasound constantly every day, but they wont attempt a duplex. As you said, its outside of their scope of practice and expertise. From our office, we instantly call the department and get them in immediately for a stat duplex. Id have to re-read the initial statement from the team, or other reports. But it almost sounded to me like there was a team of London doctors involved didnt it? And they were advising the eagles on what to do after returning home.

They did that last year, they changed OCs. How's that working out, Jonny?I already had the same assessment as him. You can watch most of these guys win 1 on 1 battles consistently. As soon as a blitz comes, no one knows who is blocking who. Its a mess. It doesnt look like a talent issue to me on the OL at all. This looked like the deepest OL we have had in a long long time.I think Mannion consistently has WRs open. I think the OL is talented. Where it breaks down is Kuper seems to have been unable to marry the run and pass games, and has a flawed system for blitz pickups, as it was stated earlier in here that his IOL in Minnesota was also horrible in that department. From a coaching standpoint, Kuper seems like the biggest culprit to me on the offensive side of the ball.

But he’s also trusting the opinions/diagnosis of the doctors to make that decision. If they came with, we think you could die if you play then I’m guessing he’s not playing in that game. So the guessing would be he probably doesn’t trust their doctors. I’m guessing he probably went to outside doctors once he got back to Philadelphia to see what they say and told him.Feels like there’s more to the story that hasn’t been reported yet or details we don’t know. So not sure he trusts the organization or not.
