They are different style RBs so wouldnt be surprised if both make it if healthy. Howard is our only busier/power back at this point. Not much faith in Holyfield. Johnson would more in the lines of taking Boston Scott's job. Nick like a variety of different style backs. Problem is the top 3 production backs on the team all have injury history that are not pleasing. If all three are healthy, Killings and Huntley are looking somewhat low on making this team. Not sure if they last on the PS. 

I do like hearing them investing in RB though. Tells us they might build the offense through the run game like they did in Indy. One can hope at least.

Kerryon Johnson is a harmless waiver claim. If he hits, great. If he can't, no biggie.

Johnson had the best pass blocking grade for backs with at least 50  pass blocks.

possible jordan howard gone since his contract wasn't guaranteed

More like one more step closer to Scott out the door. 

Suggested the Eagles pick up Kerryon Johnson when he got cut.  Happy to see they claimed him.  The injuries for sure have taken a toll but geez he's only 23 yet and can be part of a rotation.  I loved watching him at Auburn.  His running style is very Erik Dickerson like.

I mean, anything could happen with a rookie. Maybe he’s better than Westbrook. Who knows, really?

Realistically, I’d be ecstatic if he was a Sproles level player. I think he might be more dynamic as a pass catcher than Sproles, but not as elusive as a ball carrier.

Westbrook was an elite-level weapon. Gainwell is more likely to top out as Hines. That's still a good outcome for a 5th rounder!
