They get their franchise QB back , who was playing like best QB in the game prior to injury , they’re stacked on offense , defense has nowhere to go but up

You are referring to Dak Prescott here?    I mean... I guess hollow stats can be considered best in the game.   Ultimately, it didn't matter for the defense.

It isn't about the team at all, and its all about the net worth.  Dallas has been irrelevant for a quarter century on the field, but they are always hyped up as being important.  Nice to see the NFL continuing to prop them up as relevant...

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

Why would the NFL think a team that was 6-10 last season and hasn't made the playoffs in 2 seasons should get a prime time match up against the reigning SB Champion?

Franchise valuation, it placates Jerruh, and keep their net worth high by pushing them in our faces, no matter how pathetic they actually are on the field.

Oh, and there's no such thing as a 'marquee' matchup that involves the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  ;)   So, they had to pick some team

Any interest in bringing them back?

Of course.  We always need to reach back to bring back the past.  It's the only way forward.

Didn’t realize how much we get screwed over by the schedule.

I realized it. Seems every single year we all complain about a stretch of games on short weeks. Obviously, this is the case.

Yeah.  That’s why you have rose colored glasses with any player on the team.

I’m optimistic about most players.

Not a big fan of sos , there is no telling , who will be good or bad when you play them

This is a guy I would bring back immediately.

Unfortunately, our LBs will not be as up close as they should.

But not as far away either without Gerry.

The disparity between the hosing the NFC East as a whole (apart from Dullarse) gets compared to the other divisions really is worthy of investigation, how do you end up with a us over 40 and 3 of the teams in the East in the top 4 of the list of shaftees?

I think partially this is due to prime time games.

I think that's why Sharp uses the less rest standard as it doesn't matter who the opponent is.

Insults like calling them idiots?

Of course Carson would ruin Christmas.

Obviously the SOS holds some meaning.    But not as much as people are lead to believe.  Of course, if we play Denver instead of KC that has to count for something.  The spacing of the travel and back to back or (back to back to back in some cases) road games is big.  Not to mention the start time a WC team plays on the EC is a big one.  If a WC team hosts a game one sunday and then travel to the east coast and play at 1 pm the following sunday, that is a big deal.  Normally.

I’d also put going to Denver you are going across country and playing in the altitude of Mile high stadium. They by record are an easy opponent however factoring the travel and change in altitude makes it a tougher game then what it looks like on paper.

schedule not released but i have to think the eagles asked if they are in Vegas week 7 that they requested to be out there either week 6 or week 8 for Denver like they did back in 2017 when they played seattle and the Rams.

Cowboys will host the Raiders on Thanksgiving

How are we getting hosed for Prime time games more than Dallas, Green Bay and New England?

The Carson that stole Christmas by Frank reich. Carson’s touchdowns grew by three sizes that day

I can't explain why the Eagles and NYG are extreme outliers.

But if you look at the list, there is a bias towards the better and larger market teams getting less rest.  I'd argue that is because those teams appear more often on prime time and, therefore, get less rest than the pedestrian teams that play almost all of their games at 1pm on Sunday.

Maybe we are getting punished for not having to fly to play at WFT and NYG.

I wonder if there will be any mention that Brady used to play in NE.

🤔

If Wentz is starting Christmas Day, then the odds are pretty high he'll have played enough to secure us a 1st rounder. So we should be cheering for that. Of course, he could miss weeks 2-14 (or whatever week it will be) and screw us.
