Oh that's huge that play. Keeps the offense on the field and keeps momentum on their side a little. Also gives Mahomes a little longer to perhaps get back for the next drive (Long long shot).

That was weird, Mahomes' head didn't even get hit in the head and there wasn't even whiplash, but I guess concussions are still possible.

Especially the next 3 plays the chiefs gashed the browns on the ground. Williams is actually running well prior to this three carries. Had 6 carries for 35 yards. About 5.8 a carry. Just let him run the ball.
