His dad started the shop in 1892 and he took over. This dude cuts hair from 5:30am to 5:00pm five days a week. He's over 80 now and isn't stopping until he drops. Haven't visited the shop for a few years so maybe he's slowing down but I doubt it. Alas, neither his son or daughters are going to take over after him so no telling what happens once the day comes. He is a huge Eagles fan and sports fan. Several Eagles have visited him over the years and Dick Vermeil was a bit of a regular. Lots of Philly and local sports pics all over the walls and the banter is always Philly/local sports. Paco - Local trivia for you. Bob started a Kennett Square Baseball Old Timers (HOF) way back which runs to this day. There is a yearly banquet and usually a Phillie player/coach/announcer will make the main speech. My brother was inducted a couple years back. edit: I looked it up and Larry Bowa will be the guest speaker this year.
