Good to see it in a number form, as anyone with two eyes should have been able to see that hurts struggles tremendously throwing deep.

49 hands down.  35 is up there too.

4.62 shuttle and 7.23 3 cone suggests straight line fast but not smooth in cuts.  Probably has a very limited route tree.  Jeremy Bloom 2.0.

If the Eagles end up taking a QB, who would upset you the least?

Jack Coan with our third fifth.

Might be. But he also never had a pro day after his last year of football, and didnt prepare for those drills this time either.

And yet people think adding Metcalf will fix any of this.

We need a real QB before we sink anymore high resources into receivers. The trio of Goedert, Smith, and Watkins don’t get enough good targets as it is.

Competition at all positions. (Well, kicker and LS are pretty well set.)

At some point, someone else will go the Brady route and take less to have a better team around them.

Not everybody's wife/significant other is contributing to the 'family pot' like Gisele. Making the QB salary a certain % of the salary cap starting at some future date might be how that goes. The way WR salaries are going will they be next?

Yesssss! My dream of a quick shifty white WR for the Eagles has come to fruition! F off Alec Pierce and Kyle Phillips! The ladies are gonna love Devon.

Phoenix's Devon Allen falls short of medal, finishes 5th in 110-meter hurdles at Rio Olympics

@downundermike

Can he catch?

White people can run 4.37? Never knew

Who cares? He runs fast and is sculpted like a Greek god.

Well, other than that, how did you enjoy the play Mrs. Lincoln?

We just signed "Jeremy Bloom 2.0” and he's most likely our 4th best WR by default.

I still think Pickett is the best QB in the draft, tiny hands or not.

I find it hilarious when people scrutinize Hurts and mention Minshew as a stopgap, and his fan club says "well, if Minshew is so great, why aren’t other teams interested.” It’s like when people complain about Biden and people say "but Trump...” Two people can both not be good. And being better than Hurts isn’t all that tall of a task. It’s not even that Minshew is necessarily better, he’s just better at things that are more sustainable in the NFL and the things you look for in a QB. So you don’t have to dumb down your offense to one and run.

"I don’t know who would want to trade with Philly,” an exec said. "Howie has a little bit of a Danny Ainge syndrome. If he is making a deal with you, he has identified something. That is his bread and butter. Now, granted, he is in a position of leverage because he has three first-round picks or whatever it was. And Howie has the ability to think long term, because he is going to be there next year.”

I've said it for as long as Howie has been here. He is by far the best deal maker in the league. He doesn't bat a thousand, but he routinely takes other GMs lunch money in trades.

His issue has always been talent evaluation, he's not bottom of the barrel among GMs in that area, but he is in the lower 3rd. The fact that he hasn't been able to get better at his biggest glaring weakness is alarming and frankly unacceptable.

The 2021 draft was a great step in the right direction but is nowhere near enough to convince me he has turned a corner in talent evaluation.

Hey @RememberTheKoy.  We had some trouble putting our 8 month old daughter to sleep even though we used all these fancy white noise contraptions.  I put on a post game show with Devon Givens and she passed right the F out.  Works for me too. Bc he’s terrible.

There have been some perfect deep balls dropped. So it’s easy to find just the right metrics to ‘prove your eyes right’.

To me it means you had your opinion locked and sealed and were willing to ignore what happened on the field.

Hurts has not won the job moving forward past next year, he still has to prove he can do better. But this ‘weak arm no deep ball’ garbage is just pathetic.
