you don’t replace the level of excellence Brady gives you  ,it’s just silly what he can do as a QB

I would guess if they want to give Trask another year of learning , they trade for Wilson or Cousins

So let’s say Rodgers wants to come to Philly.  Would you take two years and 1 Super Bowl.  Hell yes I would.

 You say that. But people said all sorts of similar things about the eagles winning a super bowl, and soon after everyone wanted to fire the GM.

I don't remember that. I do know he said he wanted to play until he was 45, which would give him 1 more year. Who knows.

He turns 45 this summer before the season starts... so he did.

If Wilson doesn't veto a trade to a team like the Giants, Eagles or Denver, what could the Bucs offer that would beat offers from those teams for him.

Because the GM did a sh!t job drafting to sustain it.  This is an entirely win one scenario.

The NFC is there for the taking. Brady's gone, Rodgers might be gone, LAR are over-leveraged, and SF will have a 1st time starter at QB next year.

If there is an all-in move to make for the Eagles, make it.

Problem is we still have issues with stopping a division rival, Dallas.  We have to be able to beat them first and to do that they need to add some pieces to the defense.

Yes I would, but we won't get the SB, we'll just get the 2 years.

4 years?

We also wanted to fire the HC, and the QB that played the majority of that season.

4 years is an eternity in the NFL.   A lot happens in the NFL in 4 years... NFL means "Not For Long".

DAL will be worse next year, they'll lose players like Cooper and Randy, their O-line which is already declining will be another year older, another year of mileage for Zeke etc.

Not saying it's a given to roll over them, but get Watson or Wilson and you have by far the best QB in the division. I'll take those odds.

Ridiculous , plus Brady’s TB12 site deleted a tweet about retiring

Someone leaked it

Brady’s gotta be so pissed that this leaked before he could air his 8-part documentary detailing his decision.

you say youd be happy with a win 1 scenario. But then after you win one you want people fired.

yeah the HC and the QB too. People say theyd be happy with just 1, and then, theyre not happy at all.

At what point does the Super Bowl grace period end?

Not sure. I remember people saying things like Id take 10 years of 0 win seasons if we could win 1 super bowl.

We arent at 10 years yet.

People never thought they'd live to see it.   Many others didn't actually get to live to see it.

But, the Eagles set up these expectations for themselves with their stupid comments.  But, 3 years of steady decline gets people fired in the NFL.  That's no secret.  Not even surprising.

They also had a team that should have been able to compete for a few years before the decline hit.  Instead, the decline came hard and fast.  And the GM was to blame for the decline.  The HC and QB took the hit, but it was really about his poor management and poor drafting.

Not with this QB they aren't.   Only made the playoffs due to an extra playoff spot and beating up on the weakest schedule in the league.  Hard to go down from where this team was in 2020.  But, if they can't figure out the QB position, they've already pretty much maxed out.
