White is the future. He is still young, and hes a pass playing LB who can run sideline to sideline. Hes on a great salary. There is no way they should trade him.

Can potentially trade Edwards but if they think they can contend it would be dumb to trade the depth they have.

They need to look in to a 2nd or 3rd RB though. Sanders and Gainwell arent reliable in the health department and they have absolutely nothing behind them.

Out of White and Edwards, who are you extending though or bringing back in FA next year?  Both are 26 and both are only signed through this season.

Way too early to say that.

No way preseason determines definite future success. JJAW agrees lol

I noticed that about Reid last night. Dude doesn't know how to put any touch on the ball. Everything was a bullet including a short drop off pass like that one to Covey should have been. A few times he had a open player if he did a nice touch pass over the LB but wouldn;t pull the trigger. It;s almost like he can only throw a line drive bullet.

Sinnett put a lot of heat on balls when he was struggling to make a completion. Once he got in a flow, there a bit more touch but he needed to calm down.

That is why I was so focused on drafting him.  That opens up possibilities for everyone else around him.

In fairness to sinnett he’s only entering his third rookie year and hasn’t played 20 games yet. Lol

White. He is in the mold of current day NFL LBs. And a better fit for our defense. Edwards is not as well suited for todays game.

I did almost point out the comment by the commentators about this being Mailata's 2nd full season; clearly they meant it was his rookie season. What a mistake to make 😉

Or you dangle Reagor to a team who has good RB depth.

yeah. thats the move.

Would be annoying to still have Greg Ward as WR5, but its not the worst thing in the world either.

Still think the ravens could be a trade partner. Chuck Clark is starting with Hamilton behind him. And Williams at the other safety position. The ravens depth chart at wr is Bateman, duvernay, proche, taylen Wallace and jaylon moore. They could take a chance on reagor but it’s gonna cost more than reagor to get that deal done.

My man Tyler Allgier RB for BYU Atlanta falcons 5th round pick had a pretty good rookie debut last night.

3 rushes for 25 yards and a physical block on Ridders game winning TD throw.

I would have loved seeing Allgier in midnight green, he was a physical RB in college as he was a LB switched to RB.

Tuipulotu still looks like trash.

I brought up Tyler in February. Could've been a really nice fit here. RB is the new LB here it seems.

It that is true then shame on Hurts. If he reads his progressions it shouldt matter who he throws to. Pick the guy who will be open. It does not matter whos name is on the back of the jersey.

This is a perfect example of the "swag” and "intangibles” that morons like RTK and Hurts cult followers eat up on a daily basis, instead of actually watching what happens on the field.

If a top tier QB does this, then i won’t question it because they’ve earned it, and they should be trusted.  These were the first reps for an unaccomplished QB that has a weak arm, can’t go through progressions, can’t lead receivers, and runs from clean pockets.  Yet he’s earned the right to create his own agenda with his BFF.  Am I racist?

Jurgens, of course. Nobody can block Davis one on one. Opeta still gets over his skis at times; when he doesn’t, he’s tough. Mailata’s getting that Peters/Runyan attitude, which I love. I’ll take another look and get back.

Really liking Jurgen's game. Obvious athletic talent and smarts but he also has Kelce in his ear and Stout in his corner. Way downfield throwing guys around, making two or three blocks on screens, little bit of nasty attitude, high hopes for his continued development. Trending UP.

Mailata......Just mancrushing there. Devastating, All over Jets sideline after the BS OB hit on Hurts, Amazing development in such a short time. Again, Stout had good clay to mold.

Davis is a Howie Home Run. So is Dean.  With Dean and Edwards behind him, those three guys are gonna make some plays. Davis doesn't just eat up blockers, he destroys them, leaving Dean and Edwards clean to flow to the play. Not forgetting  White, he rocks. Never remember our LB Corps this loaded. When did that happen? Sneaky Howie.

Caveat. Up to Gannon to use these guys correctly,  scheme em up, turn em loose.

This is how you welcome your big new addition to the team.

Eagles can just get a 4th back on the waiver wire or just call Jordan Howard.  You dangle Reagor for some special teams specialist that can return punts.

Nick Foles strip sack fumble returned for a TD. Thank you for the Super Bowl, Nick. I don't know how you did it.

Nick has been who he’s been since college. He has extreme highs where he looks like a top Qb in the league/college and times where he looks completely awful. To his credit he seems to have always had success in Philly after his rookie year.

No. Get a position player if you can.

Can survive with Ward, Scott, Reagor sharing the duties till Covey heals the thumb. He may not be the answer. But cant tell from 1 pre-season game and think he has a chance. Dont mind giving him a shot.

I know he's just a punter, so you can't lament it much, but telling you, this guy is going to change the field position in a playoff game that changes the game throughout his career. Having a leg like this could change how you call drives. For example, pinned down on your own 5, 3rd and 15. A team might elect to run to gain a few yards so you don't set the team up with great field position. But the Bills might elect to throw because they know Araiza will boot the ball 75 yards. Wish Eagles found a way to get this guy.

If you're getting a guy who can actually return punts then that player is going to be a position player as well.

None of those guys you mentioned have shown that they will give us anything more than like 5-6 yards on a punt return, and worse Reagor is very fumble prone when catching punts.  With our improved defense we might be on the receiving end of a good amount of punts this season.  Having someone who is actually a threat to actually get good returns would be a big boost to a terrible special teams outside of Jake Elliott.
