Spot on

Should we be at all nervous that the NFL tells officials to overcompensate for Jawaan Taylor not getting called and they go flag heavy on Sunday? Both Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata have very quick, sometime early leg kicks. Can easily see the NFL trying to save face and it backfires with too many flags.

Im still so salty we lost to that stupid arse team.  F the Chiefs.

Think Chiefs take the step back this year that they were supposed to take last year without Tyreek. Peeps gunning for 'em this year. Hard to repeat. They will be a wildcard team. Chargers win that division. Especially after they lose to the Jags next week on the road.

Chargers just don't have good enough coaching to win the division.

Especially since Lame was on Twitter last night flaunting about it with his wink face emoji.

The Chiefs lost that more than the Lions won it.

True. Well, we could say the same thing about the Eagles. Difference in that game was also a pick six, although aided by a line drive punt and awful tackling on the return.

I was kind of favouring the Chiefs, but the NBC coverage put me off.  I got fed up of how much they rode the Chiefs last night; best thing since sliced bread blah blah blah.  The Lions didn't enough credit until later in the game.

On the Chiefs WRs, I'd give the Detroit DL a lot of credit. When they moved Hutchinson to get snaps in the middle, it really messed with Mahomes pocket as he wasn't able to step up as much as he had done.  A lot of balls were later than intended and not as ideally placed as normal.  Missing Kelce was yuge for the Chiefs, and the Giants are thankful for what they got for Toney.  Yikes

How the zebras let Taylor line up that deep was a mystery.  Any deeper and he'd have been next to Mahomes in the shotgun; the privilege of the Zebras being in awe of the Chiefs

Even after they game the announcer said "there’s an asterisks on this one without Kelce and Jones”

Since when did football get asterisks due to injury/player absence. I was rooting for the chiefs but Colinsworth made it really easy to favor the Lions. I muted the TV by halftime and just watched.

Not really.  Not like the Lions offense was lighting the world on fire.  Wasn't until the 4th when the defense started to get tired that Montgomery started to become effective on his runs.

Defense lost why the Chiefs lost, their total lack of offensive targets for Mahomes to throw to with Kelce out is why they lost.  Can't do much with Mahomes when the WRs are dropping everything and all you can score is 20 points.

Didn't hear that - but apt of the overall slobbering attitude to the Chiefs. Collinsworth can be really good; last night he was awful for impartiality.

I'm torn, I don't see 14-3 again sadly.  It's hard to do that back to back.  With that said, nobody in the NFC scares me at all.  As long as Jalen stays on the field, we should be good.  I'm going with small step back but not much 13-4.

Recorded.  Do you have a game score prediction for Sunday?

Of course Tooney played the game of his life against us in the SB.

He had one catch for 5 yards (granted a TD) against us.  Oh and that punt return

Collinsworth is unlistenable. He clearly has a bias for whatever storyline he wants to share during the broadcast.

Asterisk?  Why?  Because injuries and contract disputes aren't a part of the process?   Please.   Glad I didn't stay up and watch the end of the game and hear that nonsense.

I get the announcers have to call the game in real time, but the game has clearly passed him by.  He's about as clueless as to what's happening on the field as can possibly be.

Felt like he really dumbed it down for the national audience last night.

Olson has grown on me, but I still enjoy announcers that aren't all positive and will say dumb crap when they see dumb crap.

Speaking of reminders.  Here is a list of the predictors from last season who have not as yet submitted a prediction for this year's overall record (the "season" column) and/or this week's game with the Patriots (the Sunday's game column)

Collinsworth is fine when he is impartial. He needs to learn to leave his preferences outside the broadcast booth.
